Oops DAve!...I forgot you're also a PowerRanger!...And I also forget exactly what it is that you do for a living?...Something veeeery un-American, I bet... This thread has become a bit "over the top"...To sum it up for me...It's been about the Buells but more than that it's been about all of you...Without my Buell I would never have met some of the best people I know and there would be a very big hole in my life...As you guys know, my first thought when they discontinued the tubies was to sell...Probably should have right away from an economic standpoint but what the heck do you replace it with...Has to be a v-twin...Hell, that's my best friends name...Decided to wait and see...I'm taking the sage advice and reading the tea leaves of Court's mind...An Elve told me to do it... Josh, DAve...Let's ride this Sunday...I've got a great route planned...Check our thread for a change of time...Everyone wants to put in a looong day... See Ya! Bob |

Boy, I sure am glad Spring is coming. Some of you guys really need to get out and go for a ride. For that matter, so do I. Ya know, winter really sucks. |

Hell Scott, there's no one on this thread that you could possibly upset....And JJ, you are soooo right...Take a look at where poor Pete lives and imagine putting up with that short a riding season...But it's all relative...We should all live in CA or AZ... See Ya! Bob |

I'm just glad that José Quiñones posted something. I thought he'd dropped off the face of the earth. He usually has good stuff to say. |

Imonabuss, dontcha mean how the owners were treated by Buell? They need to be lickin' our boots as it us who is buying their products... An just so ya don't peg me as unamarikun, my garage has hosted several 'Buells' over the years and still hears the V-Twin exhaust note from an S2T along with it's grandpappy XLCH. Oh yeah, there's also a svelte Italian seductress under covers along side a haughty Arian runner. Brand and product loyalty diminish quickly when the manufacturers no longer address the needs and wants of it's main consumers... Ya sure, you can build a new consumer group. Along with the rest, I'm hangin' loose waitin' patiently for the next incarnations... |

Hey Tripper...I'm beginning to feel the need to scratch the Dragon, Cherohala, Wayah Rd itch...I'll try to give you a heads up before I head down (did I say that?)... Scott...Who is this Duhamel guy?...Where's he from and he must be some kind of unknown at Daytona, eh?...Probably some good ol' boy from South Carolina to win on the banked one... Good night girls, Bob |

Howdy guys it's me,I am glad I got you guys thinking about what you all ride. I have come to the point in my life were I can ride what makes ME happy and Buell does that for me, and for those people that are to afaid to post there profile,do you think people will find out your gay or somthing, or are you part of the cia. Before I am done I would like to say that I am not bitter and Jos'e if you want to ride every popular wave that come in MOVE to the west coast and buy a surf board. And to all of you BMW riders and lovers piss off and go to the BORG you are a bunch of sheep any way. Lastley I would like to say that I am not a super hero as some of you have thought but a man who loves to ride and loves to ride his BUELL. |

Hey Poweranger, please do not encourage any more people to take up riding waves. We have enough of that already. They buy the clothes, the boards and the wetsuits but dont know how to surf and end up clogging the line-up like a bunch of mooring bouys. Why dont you send em' to Florida? |

however misinformed or misguided people are, they still are the fabric of our society. Let me jump in for a minute. XB1200? Hal's built and installed one in my old S3 this winter. Makes 105 at the rear wheel, 89lbs torque. Now get this, I took her out on a break-in run today with my BEST ridin bud and scooter mentor. He was on his Battle-of-the-Legends BMW. That's not all; the bike was ridden by Miguel Duhamell"s DAD in the race. Some guy named Ivan(his signature is on the bike). We had a great day, as usual. This guy can ride circles around most.(we'll be at the Gap last weekend of Aug. if anyone has the balls to take him and the Dragon on). My money is on him.I'll get to my point.Had a great day till some ASSHOLE on a HARLEY bagger decided to impress his bitch by passing me on the right,ASSuming I was on a Jap bike. Like I said, I was breaking mine in, traveling slower.Mr.Genius almost caused a catastrophy out of sheer ignorance. Assholes are everywhere, on all brands. Let's get along, kids..... |
