First weekend in October. Located in Suches, GA. Some of the best riding on the planet. Great company. Most are staying (camping) at Two Wheels Only: Two Wheels Only   Most show up Thursday night and stay through Saturday night and then head back. | ||

Someone coming in from outta state, would you have to collect sales tax from us because we are picking the bike up in person? | ||

Taxes are collected when the bike is registered in your state of residence. We don't collect any taxes or state fees for TN. We could pick you up from the airport and have the paperwork completed when you get there. If we take our time, it would probably take about 30 minutes. | ||

Hey jackel, When I bought my 08 1125 from Ft, on my paperwork I paid State of NC Sales Tax 99.64 State of TN Business Tax 23.99 That seems WAY off on the NC state tax, but I am not complaining, lol. When I registered mine, they said my trade in was more than what I bought so I didn't have to pay any further sales tax. They also said since I bought it out of state that I had up to a year to get it inspected. On another note, if you do have a current cycle, TRANSFER your existing tag. I don't care how long you have had it. In NC if you get a new tag, they hit you with another property tax for the year. I just paid around a 1k for 2 cars and the Harley I had. So I don't need anymore frigin taxes. I lived in VA for awhile and I don't think the tax there is NEAR as bad as NC so you should be just fine. | ||
