Ok guys, we have a consignment of brand new 2008 1125Rs that we have been able to pick up. We hope to not only offer great bikes at good prices but provide you with a unique experience, so here are the details. -Since we live in Tennessee (home of some of the greatest roads around), we want to give you an opportunity to "break in" your bike properly. We will have you fly in in the morning and take delivery of your bike. We'll ride either to east Tennessee to ride Deal's Gap and the Cherohala Skyway or we will head down to Suches, GA (visit the legendary Two Wheels Only) and Helen. This should give us a nice 600 mile round trip. Deal's Gap MUST WATCH THIS VIDEO Cherohala Skyway -84.022064&spn=0.364181,0.561676&z=10&iwloc=A,Such es, GA -We'll treat you to dinner that evening. -We'll give you $100 allowance for lodging. -We'll include your first service so that you have fresh fluids for your trip home. -We'll clean yesterday's bugs off your bike -We'll ship home any luggage or gear you don't need. -We'll provide you with $100 allowance for air travel and pick you up at the airport. -You'll get a chance to ride with me, Tom, and possibly Chadhargis and Barker (if I can get those knuckleheads to get their poop in a group in time). -If you would rather skip the ride and hang out time (I can't imagine why anyone would, but your choice. ), we'll allow you to apply $400 toward a discount in price or in gear (can you say side fairings?). MSRP is over $12,000. We are offering them for $8,900. We will also work deals on 2009 and 2010 models as well as models other than the 1125R Please give Tom, Dave, and me the opportunity to earn your business and give you a truly unique riding experience. Dude, I would have done this when I bought mine had it been offered then. Sounds like a seriously good time. |

Please send others you know. Anyone who has said "your bike is bad ass" would be a good candidate. |

Spoke to Jeremy on the phone today about a 2008. Will let you guys know how it goes, still can't say I am sold on the 08 with all the issues I have read about them. Would love to hear it is a simple reflash of the ecu and that is it. I keep hearing of fuel boiling, cut offs (which I experienced first hand), and others. So I would love to hear a final word or two on whether to go for the 2008 deal above or just get a 2010. The topic I posted here yesterday is gone now, think they might have had some issues and had to restore a previous backup of info. |

The 2008 models did have some recalls and such, but from what I understand...the issues have all been fixed. If you have any doubts about the 2008 model, you can contact Tnxbrider (Tom Bumpus) who currently races a 2008. He owns the dealership, and I'm sure he could have the latest and greatest given his name is on the sign out front. If the 2009 model was that much better, then I'm sure he'd be riding one. I just bought a 1125CR, and it's amazing. What a freakin' motorcycle. Wow! |

My $0.02 = This deal is SMOKING. Of course, I may be biased since I have an '08. I've had no major issues & the longest I've been without my bike is 2 Saturday mornings, 1 for a flash & 1 for the 5th gear recall. Both done while I waited. |

Thanks for the responses guys, I think I just rode 2 that were having some issues. Yes, the deal is a good one no doubt about it. Will be speaking to the guys first of the week to see what we can work out on my trade. I have no doubt the bike they sell will be top notch, seem like a great group of guys for sure. Thanks everyone, |

Indeed it is, honestly if this was offered a few weeks ago I seriously would of considered it instead of buying my bike locally. |

Just took my 2008 1125r out to Hallett Raceway and it was in the upper 90s all day. IT WAS HOT! The bikes did fantastic! It had tons of power, I about destroyed a new set of Corsa IIIs and absolutely LOVED it. Don't be icky about the '08, when she's fixed up with the reflash and updates the bikes is champ!

What are the dates you are looking at to do this? If I could not participate in the program, I might still be interested in the08 at that price. Thanks Brad |

FtB. I have properly warmed up a candidate for you. He's been riding mine all weekend here in the mountains surrounding LA. He lives in Cinci and goes under the BadWeb moniker, MrBear. Yup.. he's primed and ready! I'll alert him to this thread and I'll accept no excuses from him on the most excellent deal that you are offering! You should not either. |

Hardcorps, There is no specific date. If we had a couple of people who were buying at around the same time, we would probably try to coordinate, but we are willing to make runs east on a one on one basis. We will do this as long as we have bikes to offer and people are showing up to buy them. PM me your plans for the future on the 1125R, and we'll see what we can put together. |

>>>-2008 STT (orange and white) zero miles $8,500. If . . . . . . and I'm lusting out loud . . . . I were 10 years younger . . I'd be on that STT deal big time! Anyone who has ridden one will know why. |

Now Court, you KNOW the STT will make you FEEL 10 years younger. I'd love to have you come do a Fly and Ride with us. You SO need to come do East Tennessee with us! |

Seriously . . . . I went to the factory when they were preparing to release the STT and spent a couple hours on one. It's REALLY an amazing little machine that got totally screwed by Harley-Davidson trying to market it as something it wasn't. Terrible loss as it's an incredible motorcycle. |

They sit nice, tall but still flat footed. Orange/white just didn't pull off the look as well as all white. It lives on in the SS now. STT, 09+ SS and cityX are the good xb models to me. Hmm, lots of bikes, twisty roads, moonshine. Ya need to throw in hot women in daisy dukes. |

Those are just part of the scenery. If I guarantee that Casey shows up to help with the delivery does that count? |
