Frank...As usual, that sucks...My daughter was t-boned in our subdivision on her way to school during her first year of driving by an elderly gent who ran a sign...She couldn't believe it...Was a very good learning experience... John said there was a nickel plated frame at the first homecoming that he thought was really sharp...Can't wait to see yours... Take care, Bob |

Guys, Doing what I do for work, I can say I have seen it all when it comes to bike accidents. Its a harsh reality that no matter how good you ride or how much you pay attention, riding is dangerous. A little Acronym they teach in the MSC is SIPDE. S-Scan I-Interpret P-Predict D-Decide E-Execute. I live by this when riding. Even though Im a bit of a speed freak! LOL!! Is everyone meeting at Paddys tommorrow? See Ya, Joe |

Richie, Its the mathematical programming and if you will notice when you pick a number and try again, the symbol for the number you picked previously changes. Try the addition and subtraction on paper without hitting the crystal ball and you will come up with the same symbol approx 98.9% of the time due to the programming equation. |

I REALLY, REALLY like John's idea (see the SLAB thread)...What do the rest of you think?... Sat we're LEAVING from the Eureka QT at 0900 for a back road ride to Rolla for lunch at noon at Johnny's Smoke Stak on 72, meeting up with HSTA'ers from around the state and even Arkansas (yes, Krazy Kathy will be there)...Along the way we'll be picking up a group in Washington coming from St Chuck...Now, the best part...The forecast for Rolla Sat is partly cloudy with a high of 62!!! See Ya! Bob |

About the web site you had with numbers richie, with a little math work you will see that no matter what numbers you pick you will come out with one of the following numbers 81,72,63,54,45,42,36,27,18,9. And if you look at the chart all of those numbers have the same design by it and they change every time you do it, but those numbers always have the same design by them. It took me a few minutes to figure it out and a calculator but there is your answer. Once you have the answer it seems easy. |

>>>John said there was a nickel plated frame at the first homecoming Which "first" homecoming?...I've been to three of them. The first nickel frame I ever saw was Bubba Boswell's way cool (I have the t-shirt and poster of it buried somewhere) S-1. I'm with you guys....that is SUPER trick looking ! Court |

Tripper, yes, all evidence of my improprieties were removed from the plastics before painting! I have an extra set of the airbox covers in black, in case I decide I don't like the red(not likely) Frank has his bike back together, freshly chromed frame and all, hope to see his on the road tonight as well. |

Jason is the name, that is my B-day present. I have waited along time for a Buell of my own. Only put 41 miles on it yesterday due to the cold weather, would have tried to put the break in miles on it if i had some better cold weather riding gear.Cant wait for spring and meeting some of you fellow buellers |

Hey Jason...Welcome to the world of Buelligans...Your profile doesn't say what it is that you received as a b-day present but I take it that it is a XB9something...You'll be in good hands hangin' with these guys...Just remember to bring your sunglasses to wear when around Frank...Congrads on the new ride... Hey guys, John and I rode yesterday and he pointed to a bank sign in Steelville that was declaring 75 degrees...By the time we parked the scooters in the garage it had fell 35 of those...But what a day!...The chilly end was worth it...We had two others in tow on the way home and, of course, John leads these two poor sob's down first hardpack and then gravel...We both professed not to have noticed the gravel when we stopped for refreshment at the end...I take it from Jason's post that you guys didn't get the heat wave over the weekend...Have faith, it's about over... See Ya! Bob |

Bob that is Jason in the picture Sam snapped. No we didn't get the warm weather. As of the picture snap it was about 45 degrees and dropping fast. Jason if a long time friend of Sam's. Bob you are a rideaholic. I have been having trouble with my chock sense I went down on the ice. I pulled the carb off Sat. to check out problem and the back of the carb hit the bolt head that holds the carb adapter on and put a small dent in the carb right where the chock plunger is. It must have egg shaped the plunger hole and messed up the carb. I will order carb parts for it tomorrow. I am in the back ground because I was checking to see if Franks dealer ship had parts. Looks like they are in favor of a Brag chapter also. |
