Hello folks, something totally non-Buell but hopefully someone can point me in a good direction: I am currently trying to teach myself the Quickbooks software with the goal of becoming able to set up a ERP system for a small manufacturing company. To all you small business owners out there: Can anyone recommend a good resource to learn the use of the software in an effective way? I know accounting and I am a (rather) fast learner, so maybe some online course? But there are millions out there... In any way, thanks for your feedback and recommendation! Ride safe :-) |

There is a Quickbooks blog out there somewhere where users help each other out. It should be mentioned somewhere in the documents you received with the software, or the 800- number should have info on it. Is seems like it was actively supported (or at least advertised) by Quickbooks as a great source of info. Kilroy |

I use Quickbooks (an old DOS based version) and its very simple to use. I would try what Kilroy said. |

We are currently learning QB for our small business. Our local library had the operation manual and "Quickbooks for Dummies",they have been a big help. |

There are usually classes available in many cities. I think if you peruse QB's site you should find details. Many CPA's offer classes as well. |
