Bravo GeForce !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That video succinctly and thoroughly explains my original point. Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1874): The Court stated (pp. 167–68): The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens. |

Here you go... Senate Resolution 511 Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States. http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill= sr110-511 |

Your welcome, and politics aside, try and look at this from a validity stand point. It doesn't matter if you are for or against the man. The breach of written law is what irks me. Also, more information about the whole birth certificate thing... From the website of the person who started it all, and WHY, take some time to click around and have a look see. http://orlytaitzesq.com/ |

So now the real question is... how is he President? And what do we do now? |

We could start by voiding anything that he has signed while falsely holding the position of President...that would be a good start. Then maybe Tar and Feather him, the czars, upper positions of the Democratic party, and others that pushed him into the position that he currently falsely holds, Then try them all for treason! with death as the sentence, or life in Gitmo, either is fine with me. |

If BO were not eligible what happens then? Biden? He's a buffoon! Would he even be eligible though? He became VP as part of an (allegedly) invalid ticket. That brings us to Pelosi! That one really scares me. I'm not aware of any provisions for a re-do on a fraudulent presidential election. |

Interesting that they don't have an answer to why his orders have been revoked. Thanks for the link. |

Did some more searching. Sounds like his legal battles are not going well. I don't think any judge is going to want to preside over a case that may prove BO to be an illegitimate president. http://www2.tbo.com/content/2009/aug/07/reservist- questioning-obamas-citizenship-wants-jud/news-brea king/ |

If the Republicans regain Congress, perhaps; we can get some traction on this issue but I somehow doubt it. |

Even if the Republicans regain Congress, they will not get media attention for an issue like that. Without media attention the people will never know about it. If the people don't know about it there will be no public outcry to find the truth. If the people ask for the truth I don't see a judge putting his life and his families lives in that sort of danger. It's just too easy to have some reason to dismiss the case. It's the media that is supposed to be the watch dogs on this sort of thing, but they are clearly not interested in truth. |

Honestly, how can these people sleep at night? I love the fact that under 'subject' on the contact us page, you get only three choices: Support Policy Comment Non-Policy Comment ...seems to me there should be a 'Criticism' choice, but then that might force them to have a freaking conscience. |
