CCS...NOVICE SUPER TWIN...are we aloud to use wave brake rotors? jt |

Yup, you're good. Super Twins is wide open. You can even use them in Super Sport, which is the most restrictive class. The rule states that you may use aftermarket rotors as long as they are the same size as the OEM and are made of a ferrous material. Schmitty |

Of note... I have had excellent luck this race season with a stock XB rotor and Buell race pads. |

Buell has a new milled edge rotor that helps to rapidly disipate heat. I have very recently gone to the thicker race brake... that was just before the milled version was released. Stock one works great even at race track but can warp from excessive heat over time. T |
