Obama wants your help: There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov. Whitehhouse.gov So now if you see any statements by private citizens that contradict the "Anointed One's" plan to nationalize and destroy our health system, you can report them to Obama and Rahm. "Comrades! The Party needs your help. If you see any statements or actions that cast the glorious people's government or the motherland in a negative light, please contact your local block KGB officer so that these folks can be invited to "re-education" sessions to correct their erroneous viewpoints."  | ||

I could never do her job. Pointing to a video clip where Obama explicitly states that government health care will eliminate private insurance from employers and saying that nothing could be further from the truth. She is quite convincing as long as you never watch the video clip that she is talking about. Talk about disinformation! | ||

It's posted there, EXACTLY as posted above, right below the White House's "rebuttal" of the videos making the rounds about POTUS wanting a single-payer system. You know the rebuttal, right? The one that says the videos are "false" and that's not what he really said? Ya, I'm gonna believe a pol/MSM hack over my own eyes & ears. And folks around D.C. thought I was "crazy" for moving to TX a few years ago.  | ||

This is killing me. All this use of technology to hear from the American People, yet We still can't be told exactly WTF these Bills SAY! What precisely is the plan/amendements being RUSHED through the "system"? If the White House is using the internet to gather information from John Q. Public on legislation of this magnitude,what say we take it to a popular vote via the internet? Its a cost contingency that solves it effectively and immediately. dont have the cash, credit, assets to pay for the services? services are NOT performed. The gvt bean counters will love the fiscal responsibility, just get the AMA to sign off on it and we are done. A very effective way to save tax money, trees and time would be to wind back technology a bit. Pass a bill that requires all legislation and amendments to be hand written by the sponsoring congressmen/senator in ink. The legislation must then be posted on the internet for thirty days prior to any vote. Any changes in the bill would reset thirty day posting time. The result? Shorter bills, fewer earmarks and legislators more directly responsible for their actions. G | ||
