Danny Eslick in Action. Photo courtesy Buell Motorcycle Company.
Slick showing how to turn the big Buell at Road Atlanta.
Same winning form at Fontana earlier in the season. The kid can ride. Go Slick! (Message edited by Blake on July 29, 2009) |

Its great to see that Danny has meshed with the 1125R so well. Barnes though doesn't seem as well off with it. I'm going to put it out on the line to say he won't be with Geico next season. I'll be willing to bet Knapp might be. |

Love all the great pics being posted...What an exciting race season! Am I the only one that kept seeing Eslick's latest helmet and thinking "Does he have one of those mohawks on there"? |

I think Napp is a serious contender, but Im not sure if they are in the same team they would have the same hunger for winning. look at Rossi and Lorenzo in GP. Lorenzo is getting frustated to losing to Rossi and I would not be surprised if he decides to ride for a bike team other then yamaha. Maybe Ducati. Lorenzo does not like being second best and Rossi is pushing his buttons. (Message edited by buell2001b on July 27, 2009) |

Slick you should have a contest for buellers to design your helmets and have other then arai do it like HJC or AGV so the helmets are more reasonable priced. like that red nine on your helmet should look like your bike's nine |

I believe when this thread started it was about that HAIRY PASS that Danny had made on Hacking the last lap of the race. People , including TV , acted like it was an unpracticed , last chance maneuver......Well , that just simply is NOT TRUE!!! Danny , like all great racers are Tacticians..They plan out their moves and make certain they can make it happen. Well , on Saturday I was at Turn 8.....same place, and witnessed Mr. Eslick TEST THAT MOVE on a Backmarker....#49..... Danny made a SLICK pass on this guy and that was his "Ace in the Hole" when he needed it........Too cool Danny......
Now , Here is the pass he made on HACKING.......................
The Man , Dan , always has a plan......... |

Howdy , BILL! Much to the chagrin of the guy (photographer extraordinaire) whom posted above you , I use a Canon 5D and 300 2.8 or 600 4.0 lenses. He uses a Nikon...... |

For those of you wondering about the photos . . . I'll share a secret. Photos like THESE depend not on Leica, Nikon or Canon . . . . this is a clear case of "it's the Indian, not the arrow". I love to shoot photos and shot 1744 last month with my new Canon. But the type of photos that Eric B and Dave C produce (digital) and Dave G (film) has so little to do with the equipment that it just makes the rest of us pale. Amazing photography is really an art form. Well done. |

No , Thats Tripp Nobles...We used to have Tripp as our man to cheer for in AMA Twin Sports.I beleive I have a banner from a win in Pro-Thunder....Tripps raced AHDRA , AMA Superbike , Motocross...I think he won in WERA and I believe he raced for Richie Morris last year.Tripp is a Georgia Mountain Man and one of the most charming guys around...I mentioned Tat and Melanie because they were good friends back in the earlier days of American Sport Bike. Hey , thanks for the Kudos ,Court.I'm a little embarrassed though for the teasing...your shooting a Canon???Whats up? |

The picture of the Amish horse and buggy reminded me of something. Do you know how and why motion pictures were invented? G |
