In my ongoing quest to get the best screen setup I've tried : XT screen X screen XT screen with Palmer brackets X screen with Palmer brackets Maybe I'm just too picky (probably that's it ), but I've not yet found a combo that works for me - either too windy or too noisy. I'm wondering if the lip on the XT screen might be causing my issue (helmet noise / buffeting), and if so, whether the Zero Gravity screen might work better. Has anyone compared the ZG and the stock XT screen? |

In my opinion, they're about the same for wind noise. I took 2 inches off the Buell tall wind shield and found happiness. I tried the same thing with the Zero Gravity first, but I destroyed it in the process. A wheel sander worked best, if you're inclined to try. |

I've had both on my XT. The Zero Gravity is much prettier. As far as noise/buffeting, I can't tell any difference. |

Tried the stock screen, ZG+4 and a 16" Parabellum, all with Palmer brackets. The Para is by far the better of the 3. About 4" wider and curved - works fine for my 5'8" frame. If you're 6' an 18 or 20" para may work better. Much taller than that and it looks / acts more like a 'sail'. |

I have both the X tall screen and the Zero Gravity windshield. I can't tell any difference with the wind deflection while riding but the smoke colored Zero Gravity looks better on the motorcycle. It's just a matter of cosmetics. |
