Last time I fell I put some ~1/8" deep, ~1/2" long scratches in my frame/tank. In the new Buell catalog, page 17 they show some pucks for XBs. Does anyone know if they would fit my 1125R? I saw an old post here that said there is no need for these type of tank pucks on an 1125. But I'd really like to cover up those deep scars before they get any worse. Don't want to have to weld up the gas tank. |

Duggram, do you have pics of your scratches? I can't envision a XB puck fitting in the gap between the frame and the radiator pod, which is where the normal puck mounting location would place it. Are you thinking of putting them somewhere else?

You'll need ULY pucks. Only they will fit |

Tom Bumpus (Tnxbrider) has pucks on his 1125R race bike. PM him and see how he did it. |

I actually tried one in a showroom to see (sounded good to me too). They don't. The contour of the frame is a little different. |

Saw a 08 1125R down at Homestead with pucks. They said they were the ones for the ULYSSES. C. |
