Whatcha all whining over?? We got a Buell Superbike for crissakes. Oh wait.. I can't buy it unless I hurry up and get AMA certified and join J.R. Page as a backstop(marker). Seriously... Given the buzz right now I think we might get surprised tomorrow! |

Ive got a dirt bike, and a cityx that needed new neck bearings because I was treating it like a dirty bike. Of course they are going to come out with a dirt bike now. I already spent that money. always a day early and a thin wallet too late. (but really, I aint been strung along like that for years except by an ex girlfriend) |

I predict an available add on "street weight" lower for the 1125 series. |

I predict a new true sport touring bike. Not a dual sport lowered into a touring platform...a true awesome and shockingly desirable sport tourer. That's my guess. But if it doesn't happen, so what? It's not like Buell hasn't done enough already. It's amazing to watch the product development that has gone on these last 8 years that I have been a Bueller. I'm sure there is more to come. If not this year, then later. |

I'm going to put in my annual wish/plea for a 2-stroke street bike. 450cc, 60HP, 250 lbs, and looks that'll make 1098 owners crush their bikes into coffee tables. And as long as I'm making sh!t up, it'll cost only FIVE DOLLARS.... |

Predictions...? My 2c worth: A new Helicon based model. Maybe above the R (ie a street RR with full fairing, BPF forks) or sideways, eg a 1125 Uly, and/or a smaller version of the Helicon - 725CR? CR will get upright bars as standard, clubmans become option. An 1125R with full fairing like the Pace bikes. A reduction in the number of XB models, not sure which they'd drop though. (Is the CityX the slowest seller?) A new Buell that fit's in below the CityX in price, effectively a Blast replacement. A Helicon based single seems the natural development to me, but maybe a small twin? BNG including an 1125CR in white with blue wheels and blue headers. (Wishful thinking?) Whatever they do, Buell has impressed me every year for the past few years. Suprised me sometimes too (I never expected the Uly!). C'mon... update the website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I would also love to see a new 2 stroke street bike. Unfortunately, our draconian emissions laws all but prohibit that. Maybe turn the CityX into a 12? Updated headlight configurations? A way to lock your helmet to the bike (Like so many other sport bikes) |

1125ST Sport Tourer with ABS and all the fuzzy stuff you get with a BMW. High windshield hard bags. rear seat much like the XT so the misses gets to come along and so by the end of the trip you'll still be talking to each other. Weight: sub 500lbs dry Wheel base: 55" Seat Height: 30" Fuel volume: 5gal including after the light goes on for a 180 mile trip w/o a pit stop. Features: GPS mount, 3 accessory outlets at the dash and 2 under the seat, heated grip option, choice of wheels, choice of 4 colors as long as it is black, and last but not least lat G's and accell times on the cluster much like Chrysler's SRT8 feature 0-60, 0-100, 1/4mile, and lat g's displayed on the cluster. "Free service at any dealer if Iron Butt is completed the first day of ownership." - This I plan on asking the dealer as soon as I get to go get my new bike. |

I would like to thank Buell for validating my latest decision.... The WR250X SuperMoto. I waited like a fat kid in front of the bakery for christmas flan, nose to window long enough. Sorry E Troy, you missed that money. I am out on the dirt and getting sideways with it. I would have preferred a lighter leaner, meaner dirt bike from Buell, but it was not to be. Tell the flan it can wait, I am riding out in the sticks. They killed the Rooster, long live Rooztin |
