Just found out that Monday, July 27th will be the world premier of the 2010 Buell line. And they are supposed to arrive at dealers as early as Aug 1st!!!! Sorry if this is a known fact! It was news to me and I thought I'd share- |

I would like to see the Firebolt and 1125R get all translucent bodywork. That would be a conversation starter. |

Dealer show is here in Denver this weekend. I might try to slip out and see some of it. Should be interesting. The shop has some 2010HD bikes hidden away already. They are under super secret double security and cant even be unboxed for a few more days. |

So I saw the thread about this last month. What I didn't see was DATES. Also, please show me how to resurrect an archived thread, Froggy. That way, when I go back in the future, I can just add to an already developed thread. Thanks- |

Anyone thinking what I'm thinking here? Buell just showed us race results with photos posted on the buell.com website. They are the first pics to show on the site. However, the final few shots ending the gallery show a black 25R fully faired at the pit. Could they be giving us a hint that they are going to slap a full fairing on that thing this year? |

Weird most other bike makers are starting to make bikes look like Buells. Under exhaust, naked, etc... And all of you want Buell to make bikes that look like them? Either way they are still awesome bikes. |

>>>Weird most other bike makers are starting to make bikes look like Buells. That kinda started in 2001 when Honda rolled out a concept bike with a low/center mounted muffler and perimeter rim brake. Bike looked like it came straight from Buell. Flattery. |

That is what the Japanese makers do. They wait for the USA to come up with something and then imitate it. The only bad part about it is that as much as I hate to admit it, they are technologically advanced as far as motorcycles go and they know how to build them just right so that the consumer can afford them too. That is just my honest opinion folks. |

Lonewolf - the Japs don't just imitate it, they perfect it. |

>>>the Japs don't just imitate it, they perfect it. Hahahahaha . . . all I could think of were the recalled Gold Wing frames that were cracking in half. Let's settle on "semi perfect".

Do you really want to compare recalls from Honda vs. American motorcycle and car companies? |

mpolanas- maybe you havent been seen the quality and reliablity of American product in recent years, America has past toyota and honda numerous times in both, actully last year Buick was #1 with lexus under it. we dont have the junk of the 80's and early 90's altho if you didnt fall into the junk 4 bangers of the era, you where fine. as for recalls on honda...well look at there 07/08 pistons that didnt fit in there 1000's.... and how they didnt do anything to fix it... so there was no recall, just a lot of pissed of honda owners that cant enjoy there $12k+ bikes... |

I was thinking older Court, I saw a show on one of the Jap car companies that when they were first started, they would openly take existing designs from other companies and fine tune them and go out and beat the other companies at the races. ON TOPIC though - is there ever gonna be a Buell dirt bike or not? |
