Yea, I'm starting to get a handle on the on/off thing. Combo of clutch and fine-muscle-motor control + getting the speed scrubbed sooner so I can be on-throttle into the corner. I get worse gas milage on the 1125 compared to Bettie, only about 32mpg ave. But I am loving the bike and am really lookin' forward to riding with my peep's next week! Gotta get over to Bob's this weekend and put Bettie back together one more time befor I put her in stasis... |

Galen Good to hear you're getting along with the new gal. My RC51 was like that and I finally found a revised Power Commander map that made a big difference. Can you get your ECU Spy and remap the FI on the 1125R? There must be a fix for such an annoying issue by now. One week and counting!!! Cheers FJ |

I put my fat bars on last night and they look and feel very nice. Doing a track day at Mission Raceway on Monday (my birthday present). Should be ready to ride early Friday AM. The boys are meeting at our usual breakfast spot in Blaine, WA at 7:00AM. Weather looks good as far as the forecast can see. Yippeeeee! Harv |

Whoo Hoo many times. Congrats, Galen! Can't wait to see it. And good to hear Harve's saddle-ready again. Is the back side of St. Helen's still closed? Jaci and I aren't committing to an early start down as we are going to be out Thursday night drinking and dancing to Blackie and the Rodeo Kings with some friends coming over from the Island. We will, however, be in Woodland in time for dinner and more drinks. I'll keep the locals posted. |

Its getting exciting to be seeing everyone again! A favour to ask of someone. The bezel nut, part number 7518, that holds the odometer re-set knob to the dash has gone missing and is unavailable at the local Harley dealers. Could someone pick one up for me by the weekend? And post here so I don't have a hundred of 'em. I've booked off Thursday to hopefully be fresh enoough to make the 7am meet. |

My bike's in the shop for a valve adjustment. I took it in LAST Tuesday, and when I called on Friday to see if it was done, I found out that they hadn't got to it and wouldn't until THIS Tuesday (yesterday) at the earliest. Therefore, I went to bail her out to enjoy over the weekend and just dropped her off yesterday morning. Don't know if the service will be done in time, but if so, and if I'm not completely broke, I'll at least show up for the Saturday ride. |

Cham, where did you take it? I'm figuring out what shop to take mine to. They all seem to say "we don't get too many of them in here..." PLUS I can't get the TPS to reset to 100%. Stays around 88-93%. BUT as I told Mr.Jimmy last night, I don't care 'cause it's still so fast it sets my hair on fire Harv, I had a vision last night, and my War Pony was given a name. I undersatand now that they have to earn their names on the Bardo plane. He is the re-interation of Black Kettle, a Navaho warrior from the 1860's. Quite a pain in the side of the U.S. Cavalry, and Kit Carson, who, it turns out, was a right bastard Indian killer. |

Opps, Black Kettle was a Cheyenne Chief. He fought with the Navaho for Freedom. |

Hey Chris & Loni, I'm planning on making it to SPLASH this weekend. Sent you an email a while back but never heard back so it probably didn't get through. Do you have space for me this weekend? If not, no worries, I'll figure something out - just want to ride! MG
PS> Sorry about not getting in touch earlier, our newest family member (Elijah Kevin George) has been keeping us pretty busy! |

Hey Mike, Congrats on the new life form, just about the right size to fit in a tank bag! Have you figured what caused this? Not sure about who is coming or going around here, Loni can let you know what accommodations may be available. Glad to hear you'll be here for the weekend. Give the family a hug for us.
