dealer in my area wants $4k for a 07 blast w/ 25 miles. not 2500, twenty five. it was a demo for their rider ed course. totally clean, prob dead battery. No warranty. (?) Jump on it or run AWAY? |

2009 MSRP is $4795 and 2002 msrp was $4395 (CA add $100). I've rarely seen 'dealer mark-up' on a Blast, so thats the price I would use for comparison. 25 miles is hardly enough miles to suffer any kind of abuse, so mostly all they did was point to it! I'd say its a fair deal, but thats too bad about the warranty. I certainly wouldnt pay for a bike, from a dealer, that wasnt running (a new battery would have to be really cheap for them and only minutes to install). 25 miles on the odo would qualify for new on many vehicles. Thats 8 short test drives, less than 1 every other month! |

if there is no warranty i would tell them to kick rocks..... if it was a rides edge bike i dont get how it only has 25 miles that would get racked up in one or 2 classes.. and why would they get rid of it sooooo soon. they usually have around 2 or 3k when they ditch them for new ones... |
