I have a 1999 S3 it won't Idle starts and shuts off.I do not have any codes showing. I thought it might be the fuel so I ran a presser test, the Manuel says it should have 46-53lbs I get 40lbs it drops 10lbs in 10 minutes. Would this keep it from running?

Ford,
The injectors need aprox 49 psi at idle and 46-53 psi at 2000 rpm. So I would say you either have a bad regulator or pump at this time.
