Small World Nilla.... I was getting a snack from the machine here at work and one of my co-workers was telling me that his neighbor, who happens to be a VA State Trooper, was telling him about "some guy" on a motorcycle who got hit by a SUV Saturday on I64 and just left the scene of the accident. Small world!!! Hey, I'm glad you're alright man. Heal quick. |

Made some cool mods to the TT...stealth hand guards, flush mount LED turn signals and bar end mirrors coming soon, unique to say the least. Anyone riding today? |

Jimmy, Doug here ... new to the group, but I have a set of front blinkers from my XB - which side do you want? PM me, and I'll give you directions to Chesapeake, or bring them to work (NOB Norfolk). |

Thanks for the welcome ... hope to meet up with everyone in the near future. Meantime, looking for more ways to spend $$ on the bike - it's proving to be fairly easy. Did the mirrors, front signals, new skins, K&N under a 12 airbox cover, and Odie's making a pipe (center outlet with oval chrome tip around it - can't wait!). Then it's time to figure out mapping now that ECMSpy is drying up (anyone with suggestions?) 09XB - I ended up with th VA insp sticker on the forks and the base stickers on the front face of the frame - tucked in close to the steering head on the left side so it's somewhat hidden, but the guards can see it easily. Frinzo - Good luck, be safe brother. |

Dwight I bout an inspection sticker plate from SSHD and attached it with an airbox screw, gaurds have never given me shi over it and I can take it off and on when it is needed or not needed. Plus you do not have to worry about it sticking to your frame paint. |

Captcaz, Welcome. Do you need the maps or ECMspy? ECMspy can help with, maps not. |

I should have had my inspection done there ... the tech who did mine (at a different shop) refused to put the sticker on my plate as it was not a fixed piece on the bike, and could be removed and put on another bike. Bishop - Where did you put your plate? Ekru - Not sure what I need, I'm waiting for Odie to get back to me ... I read somewhere that his exhaust will work with a stock ECM, but with the airbox mod and K&N, a new map would be better. I found one at American Sport Bike, not sure who else would have one ... but I'm pretty sure a TPS reset is in order. (Message edited by Captcaz on July 09, 2009) |

capt, for upgrades, i'd say the 04+ belt kit. i scored mine on here for just over 200. but if you wanna spend $$$: American Sport Bike, and darkhorsemoto have a sweet sprocket to match the rim spokes. until then i got a 03 belt i am no longer in desperate need of. i have ruined 2 of them as they don't take abuse well. |
