Author Message   Mluds0379 Posted on Monday, July 06, 2009 - 12:00 am:        Having trouble getting my Laptop to connect. I soldered the cables to the connector leads. I was able to get it to connect once. It times out and always fails to find the ecm. using com port 4 uninstalled and installed the driver. Is there a way to test the connectivity of the cable? Is there a way to test the Data plug on the bike? Maybe the plug is bad? Any trouble shooting tips helpful.   Toona Posted on Monday, July 06, 2009 - 12:04 am:        Make sure your key is "on" and that the red rocker switch is in the run position as well.
