Did someone say BMW
That's me in Salt Lake UT, on the 06 K1200GT We picked up recently, seriously discounted. Gotta love a recession. 4000 miles in 10 days. I rode from ATL to the WSBK race in Utah then back again. |

Odie, I know when I put a Kerker on my old Blast, I changed the jet several sizes larger. It was running way lean otherwise. Hope that helps. HD sells the jets. You'll have to peruse the thumper board for the correct size. |

We'll plan on camping but if there are other plans in the works let me know so I can pitch in some $$$ or whatever. Thanks Charlie. I'll let the guy know. Is "Not Dale's" selling gas or do I have to lug my own in October? |

Anyone decided on possible dates for the potential Buell-toberfest? Will TWO still be open? I hope to be back on 2 wheels by then. I wil be slower than a 92 year od Granma in a wheelchair (not that I was much faster than that before) but at least I'll be ridin' ! (Message edited by Bambi on July 11, 2009) |

Odie - Still going to have a buell ? Hope so. Looking forward to meeting you at BuelltoOctoberfest .. oh an look for an order from me next week for a heat blanket .. got suck in a nasty 45 min + stop and go yesterday and that did it .. going to be getting one of your heat blankets soon. Went by not dales a few weeks ago and it was open, with all bikes - no cars - hope the new not-dales owner changes his attitude .. but if not there are plenty of spots not far for gas. |

Riding_tall- yes, I will have my 12Scg. I have another one in the classifieds (XB12S) for sale. VERY clean and lightly used. Race kit, traction grips, good tires, DirectLink, shop and parts manuals, etc. I'm still going to bring some gas just in case. Looking forward to riding and seeing everyone. |

Man that was fun! Wore the hell out now, but those pics make me wanna go back soon. Was that all the pics you got? I only got 9. Most of those were scenery. Next time we should get a dedicated offroad photog to come along (hint, hint, Sanchez, you reading this? ) It didn't occur to me until looking at the photos Charlie took, that we didn't have any of some of the coolest stuff we rode through. I think we may have only totaled like 50 miles off-grid, but it was better than 1000 on the slab! |

We only spent about 15 miles on the slab all day! I have about 40 more pics but some suck and most are scenery. |
