Thanks, looks like a good time. How much saddle time are we talking about? Just wondering if we should spend Sunday night in NY, or slab it home (3-4 hrs) after the ride. And what are we looking like for this weekend, NEBO? Lowell's or Carl's? I can't believe this is the end the rain!! |

We started the run at 11:00 at the quickway we banged through it as quick as we could without stops and only 4 bikes on the pre-run we were eating lunch by 2:15 so if we leave the quickway by 10:00 am we should finish around the same time. |

A buddy of mine who just bought an Aprillia will be joining us Sun. Hopefully there is a good turnout. I am sure everyone is jonesing to ride. I pray the weather doesn't have a drastic change the night before. It seems to be in our favor right now. Is anyone leaving here the morning of the 12th to go on the catskill ride? I am working right now but I am trying to take it off. (Message edited by 03worc9r on July 02, 2009) |

Hopefully I'll only be outta commission for a week. Parts should be in soon and I've set aside some time to wrastle that motor out and back in. I'll be hopefully starting this Monday. |

Hey Jeff, Manchester has 13 black 08 1125's. They're asking 8995 for em. But since they have 13 of em I bet you could do MUCH better. |

Hey all gotta give a big thanks to Tattoo72. Jim the pipe is great. Overall a great result! For anybody that wants to know how the bike runs here you go. Off idle to 2800rpm seems to be a little less power than stock, hardly noticeible. There is a plus you can "blip" throttle and not have bike cough and sneeze.2800rpm-5000 noticeable power increase over stock can.5000-6500(never been higher rpm wise, even stock)feels same as stock. Sound at any rpm great, loud but just right in my opinion. Craftsmanship and service is top notch. It does do the decell "popping" thing but i think that is normal for most modified exausts right? The bike finally sounds as it should have.Hope to ride with you guys soon.

Small & local is almost always the best way to go. Jim- did you stuff a new map in his ECM? An TPS & AFV reset, along with a tailored map (or even a Buell race map) would settle some of the popping. And remember, Spdr, all bikes pop on decel; some are just louder than others. See you gays guys tomorrow. |

OK thanks for input scotty. Bike runs good.No TPS avail or needed for 08's I thaught? Went out longer today noticed only minor popping and only decel between 3500 down to 2600ish below this and above 3500 no popping. I think it sounds cool. No worries best thing I've done to the bike so far! |
