How does the stock 1125R compare to the Gieco Buell? Check out this article. http://www.trackdaymag.com/Article.aspx?id=3727 |

By far, the best write-up on Buell I've ever seen. It's nice to see someone heap praise where so few have seen fit to do so in the past. Makes you proud. |

Thanks for sharing that K3. You guys are turning into regular Buell Junkies w/ your "Red White & Buell" bike and now this, aren't you? |

I'm voting this the quote of the year: "But it's not. "Around $20,000," says David, and I remark that sounds inexpensive for such a comprehensive list of parts. "Including the stock bike," he adds,..." I chuckled loudly! |

I love the section title for the Geico bike: "Flogging the lizard!" LOL! |

If it feels like it's only got about 10-15 hp over a stock bike, that says something wicked about the stocker! Rob |

Don't go back racing! When it sucks, it sucks badly: "Braking for the first chicane at Monza, Makoto Tamada collided with Brendan Roberts, sending both riders shooting across the turn, taking out Max Neukirchner, Troy Corser and Tommy Hill in the process. Leon Haslam described the scene as "carnage." Corser will now be forced to sit out Kyalami and Neukirchner's season is hanging by a thread. Still, being run off the track is better than suffering the indignity of running out of fuel like Ben Spies." Apparently, the pain of Neukirchner's dislocated right foot was overshadowed by the pain of his newly broken right femur... |

Good wright up! I have the same bike as the "geico buell" other then my brake master is brembo and my fork kits are ak-20 all I can say about my Buell is this is the BEST race bike I have ever put to the track! When HOH Buell approached me about a sponsorship I was kinda hesitant to take the offer I have ridden the XB12R and the motor was well lets say not good for the track! but I'm so glad I got past that and got on the new 1125R this bike is SIC! The one thing we did do that most of the Buell 1125R racers did not do is we added clip-ons this was a HUGE improvement over stock bars!
