Tell us the price and NOT waist our time...NEBO PRICE..... MSRP is for suckers....
I don't want to waist gas and leave pissed like the last run down there.
I am looking right now also, but only for deals. probably why I am STILL looking.
Where is the race reports? You not racing? How much wood you add to the mantle?

Still racing. Still a backmarker. Getting faster though. Just added new cams, we'll see how that goes. Just worked on a new exit line out of 12 and picked up some time there being able to get on the gas harder and earlier. I need to get comfortible on my right side and be able to flick it down as quickly as I do my left.
Eric, are you having any more get togethers at your house? On the 4th maybe? |

I'm not doing any track days this year. Got no spare $ for that just now. What I am going to do is finnish my bathroom remodel, rebuild my top ends, and hopefully not crash.
I hope to do this all most quickly and efficiently.
So, there's a guy in ktown ma that has a 94 or 5 xr600r for sale for $1300. This is the same dude bought mine off of. It has a ma title, baja kit (not currently in use) and a 628 motor. It does leak a bit of oil out the head, but this is a much easier fix than what I'm about to do to my Buell. Not a bad deal, I think. If you know anyone that may be interested shoot me a pm. |

What good would that do? Seriously, think about it. If I gave a bottom line price, and you still wanted to negotiate, either I would be a liar if I was able to go lower, or I would be stuck. The MSRP is not for suckers, it is what these bikes are worth. I will be able to take offers into consideration, but that is where we would start.
Anyone that has ever dealt with me at this shop knows that I will bend over backwards to make sure there experience is the best it can be and that they are getting the best value. I am pretty damn good at what I do, and I believe in the product. The dealership deserves to make a profit on it's bikes, and that is not something that I am going to apoligize for.
Ask yourself this, what is your value as a customer? Are you going to chisel us for everything that we sell, or complain about every percieved inconvenence?
I've been friends with most of you before I ever came to work here, and I have done everything that I could to make this place a place that you would be able to get great customer service. In the end, all I have gotten is shit on, instead of supported, by a lot of you before I have even really had a chance to make these changes stick.
I will welcome you as a customer, and I will work out the best deal that I can, but I am not going to devalue myself, my product, or my dealership by posting rediculous prices. |

Chippy, replacing them gaskets should only take you a days time if you keep the engine in there. It WILL be tight, but not impossible. |

I don't think giving an OTD price is all that bad. What dealer wouldn't give a price when asked? how is this a devalue to you or your shop? give a price and Take it OR leave it. PERIOD! I see guys post all the time what they can sell them for, sounds like they are brain washing you with the salesman Kool-aid...
Surely I do not feel they are worth the $$$ they ask for them, but that is me...
I hope I speak for the crew here saying we DON'T SHIT on you personally, But the dealership you work for...YES they suck (IMO) take that for what it is an opinion!
I'd be willing to bet a large percentage here has stepped foot in there and left disappointed. Not your fault in any way shape or form. You are merely a puppet for the corporation. it is a job and be happy you have one in this economy....Right...
I've not set foot in there in some time but I would bet that they still have shit for buells in there (stuffed in the back somewhere)or anything like simple parts for a tune up in the parts dept...
now I am not looking for a shit war or a rag on your dealership post so i will just STFU.....

Right now, I have every model instock except for the XB9SX, every 1125 model in every color, and all displayed right at the entrance. Parts, unfortuntely beyond my control, is still pretty thin. |

The 4th of July(parade) is approaching here in Bristol.Last year we discovered free ferry rides out/back to the visiting Navy ship and free tours.
Last year it was a simple "LSD" ship.But it had the cool gattling guns.I heard this year a Destroyer is visiting.Could be a cool outing for some.Free ferry rides and a cool FREE tour.Last year we even sat in the Captain's chair and saw the "dark room" |

I will start with a bottom price.... search the web and you will see any 08's left in stock are between 6999.-7990. Those prices are tough to beat I know, but would local dealerships do price matching? |

Meredith Harley Davidson in Nh was selling thier 1125's for really cheap when I was there during bike week. Think they were around 8000 for an 09? Didn't really study prices too close because I like my 08 xb12. But they had those cheap too.Any one else see them? They told me they want " to get rid of them they dont sell enough up there. |

if meredith has 09's for 8 i will be there tomorrow, i have been emailing with a guy from there and they will do an 08 1125 for 8 grand no problem. |

I know that all the buells they did have, 08 09 and i think there was at least one 07. O7 how is it possible thats still around? Any way they were all discounted pretty good. they did however have them in the furthest corner away from everything else under the tent. Shame on them not supporting a brand they carry on their sign. |

nope, i turned down a couple offers i maybe should have taken, but i dont want to be with out a bike to long. if i drop the price i would rather drop it at the end of the season. |

Hey Boos...you need to lighten up a bit...we have never shit on you...always the dealership...lack of parts, lack of product, etc...
Greg made the point for me already...we asked for a better Buell dealership and Precision stepped up their game...(I have to admit they were already WAY ahead of Sheldon's already...)...they have parts, and other branded merchandise on the floor...
I gotta tell ya it beats the hell out of having to special order everything (then have it sold on you or not ordered or ordered wrong - I've had all 3 cases).
So I'm all done with Sheldons...nothing against you...but the dealership isn't seeing another penny out of me.
As far as price goes...MSRP is for suckers, sale prices are for bigger suckers, a bike, a car, a house, your self...are not worth ANYTHING printed on paper that advertises...it is all only worth the number on the check!
Fact of life. Your not worth what you think until you get paid that much...a bike is only worth what somebody pays you for it...not what you ask for. |

what I WANT is an 09 white 1125. I have been very tempted to go after a couple others I have come across "BUT" I know I should hold off a little and get what I want. |
