I shot an email to KD on lead time for the Drummer SS. If my "boss" wants it under the Christmas Tree it seems she will have to order it around July. Now I just have to convince her that it is the best gift idea she ever had.

BTW, Already hit 2400 miles. Not even 3 months yet.

2007 with 2300 miles on the clock! HAs Pro-taper bar and risers, Puig windscreen, Gilles undertail kit, custom 4-2-1 exhaust! Having to get use to the extra 6500 RPm's to play with is.......well fun! First 70-80 miles I was shifting around 5500-6000 on a quick take off. Then got into it up to Redline, yeehawww. This will be fun!!!

I passed my MSF class and took an illegal ride last night! Carlos and I rode around Grifton for about an hour last night. It was really fun, but I'm whooped! For those of you who know what our driveway looks like, I made it up, but didn't attempt to come down!

Jim - I loved the class. We had a great group which probably helped. Our instructors were also great. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in riding. There were a few things that I was surprised that they didn't cover, but hanging out here and just riding I think I have enough to take short rides around town!

I saw that the other day and had a good laugh at it, but the more I think about it the more I wonder if the seller just has no idea what he has. The bike is listed as a "Harley Buell" and the ad is posted in the cars and trucks section. Maybe the seller saw the fairing and assumed the bike was an '03 Firebolt. That would explain the pricing and the claimed blue book value.
