I have a new 09 R. Does anyone know the flash code it came with from the factory or how to find out which one it has? Has anyone updated their 09 to 12Z? Thanks Larry |

Have your dealer hook it up to the Digital Technician. It should list the current flash in addition to recommending a new one, if available. |

Yes. What Ponti says about finding out what you have. The "search" function will bring up all kinds of info for your nightime reading. It's (12Z) the best of what Buell has to offer...but not the best of what's available. Mike |

I have got a question for Court (or anyone else who might be able to help). I have a 'total loss' 1125R which I repaired then registered/insured and am currently riding regularly. My closest dealership (I'm in Canada) is 2.5hrs away and when I enquired about getting the most current flash (05z) they told me they won't provide it for free due to my bike being a write-off. They want $300 to do it. Am I out of luck with getting Buell's support via factory flashes? Thanks. |
