Author Message   Vampress Posted on Sunday, June 21, 2009 - 09:55 am:        At the risk of ruffling some feathers...It has come to my attention that maybe the thread titles are not what we should be putting more thought into on here some days. Maybe the thread content could do with a little more thought too. While I'm sure none of the threads on here are started with the intention of offending, it seems sometimes they easily get away from us and out of hand. May I point out that there have been quite a few recent additions to the backfire board. I'm not pleading innocent, as I'm sure my name appears on the odd one or two, but I'm thinking that as the boredom sets in, we turn to our keyboard refuge to give us a few giggles. Personal insults(which by nature could actually turn into just that) and graphic images of an unsavoury nature seem to be the flavour of the week. IMHO they're not really for here.
