Mine is almost completely stock except for the Corbin saddle and the recent addition of Iron Braids to the brake and clutch levers. Unfortunately, I have to work on the 24th. :-( |

JT, I was only poking a little fun at you like you did to me over in the Pazzos thread. Nothing serious meant. As for racing against fast bikes. My 1125 is a track only bike. At my home track I ride with some full race liter bikes. On a good day I can get just over 130 on the main straight. The liter bikes always get over 170. Actually, I like running with the ducs. They do get surprised by the 1125. I appreciate your enthusiasm. Please keep it up.

Arroyo Seco in southern New Mexico (we get to run 12 months a year). It's a technical and safe track (no walls). But the longest straight is only ~1800 ft. I could get more speed but I'm a noob and don't go as deep into the corners as the fast guys. As for classes I run in old man (I'm 59), HWT, and of course Beg. But you are right about the 1125. Every expert that has ridden mine comes back with nothing but praise. |
