I thought I would start a thread showing our local Buell ride pictures, maps etc from Australia. It was my turn to organise a ride through our local bike forum. I live out in Kingaroy in the South Burnett in Queensland Australia. I met the guys and gals at Woodford for some breky then we headed through Villenuve, Kilcoy, Sommerset Dam, Esk, Lake Persaverance, Wutul then to the Bunya Moutains. Where my lovely wife had a smorgasboard of food for us. After filling our bellies we headed back to our house in Kingaroy for a rest break, some coffee and a shed tour of where the Mutant was made. Buell brings out the best in people  No other brand of motorcycle I have ever owed has ever had this sort of mateship! Anyway just thought I would share my stories with you guys and I hope that Erik and his team at Buell see that we Aussie's love what they are doing for the motorcycle community all over the world. I find it interesting that the 2 Buells in front have O2 sensor plugs for tuning in their headers, who is doing the tuning? | ||

That would be Ian's (opto) 2 bikes (grey haired chap), He's a very switched on chap with electronics. He uses wide band sensors for tuning them. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/327 77/90647.html Ian and Doug from our local forum have been trying to sort out the 08/09 XB and 1125's tuning too. The Mrs and I have just returned from a 9 day riding trip to Far North Queensland. We did a total of 4861klm and my 7 month old Uly has just clocked over 17274k's. I love this bike It so comfy! The day before we left myself and 2 mates road out to Morgan and Wackers in Brisbane to pick up my side and top cases. We fitted them in no time around at Doug's. Here's my baby with the newly fitted luggage.   here's the maps from the trip From Kingaroy to Cairns with overnight stay at Rockhampton.    Most of our riding once we arrived in Cairns done in the wet!!!! The Gilles Hwy is a stretch of road 19klms long and has 220 corners! just brilliant.
