Yes order today!!! We will be placing an order for the last batch of shirts over the weekend and will be printing next weekend after they arrive. Shirts will ship out priority mail, so you will have them the first week in June. |

Earlier today I read "Avoid over indulgence in alcohol as your tolerance will suffer due to the altitude." and I'm concerned... Is there any training I can do? :-) |

Is there any training I can do? Yes, but it would take years and cost millions of dollars! I am not much of a drinker these days but one of our favorite watering holes is real close to Buena Vista. It is the VFW in Johnson City. I will have to stop in for a cold one at least once. |

Sigh, here I sit at work, staring at the calender. Only 15 days until I leave heading up to the Roundup. I'm daydreaming of twisting up and over the million dollar highway, and rolling past blue mesa lake. The S2 sits at home in it's garage, patiently on it's lift, awaiting each nights massage. New rubber, wheel bearings, steering and swingarm bearings, forks have been serviced, brake pads replaced. Heck, it should be like new by the time I'm done! LOL Looking forward to being in Colorado again, and meeting other folks that share the same passion. Easy, The elevation only enhances the flavor of the alcohol. Don't sweat the small stuff, you'll be fine. Trust me! (as he hands over a bottle of Goldshlager...) 15 DAYS!!! |

My eyes get a little wetter every time this thread renews... I'm not gonna make it this year. Maybe we can plan one in Texas for next year... |

We'll miss you Ross. "Maybe we can plan one in Texas for next year..." Frank, looks like Ross volunteered to organize next years event. |

Sounds good to me, though there's not many fun roads around here except in Palo Duro Canyon. When I get my bike back together, I'll scout the area and see what I can find that'd be fun to ride. We do have a lot of hotels and neat places here though, like the Big Texan (home of the 72 oz steak) and Cadillac Ranch. |

I'm pleased to announce that the Buell is off the operating table and running fine. The plan to trailer to San Francisco has been canned in favour of chasing the Iron Butt trophy. See you in six days. And Ross, I'm still working on balancing my karma. Haven't had the time to do much research in my problem yet. Sorry you can't make it. |

Well, I'm still trying to figure out a way to attend. It may happen yet.. Crossing my fingers. If I do I'll have to do the trip solo on the bike. I don't have a car with a hitch anymore! Brad |

Hey Shane. We're almost neighbours! Have we met at SPLASH? And what's your travel plans? Ours are flexible. Although since our joints aren't, we'll be going for many low mileage days. |

Eric- I am leaving on the 15th, taking 12 up into Montana, down through Yellowstone and Grand Teton, and so on, till I end up in Bueno on friday. My route from Montana south is flexible depending on weather, sightseeing, wanderlust, etc.. Probably be doing 4-500 mile days depending. Camping all the way if I can. I haven't been to CRASH, oh wait, I mean SPLASH. , always seems to be some other obligation then. I am SW of Olympia, on the way up into Capitol forest. |

Hey guys, remember to keep track of your mileage. I can always mapquest to be sure I guess. I just got home from Homecoming so I am trying to get caught up on the threads. Frank |

Frank, looks like Ross volunteered to organize next years event. That is what it sounded like to me as well. Something to think about for sure. I still think having it right before Homecoming in East Troy may work. But it is hard to put together at the last minute unless dates are announced well ahead of time. That may be a great idea for the Buell 30th Homecoming in four years. |

Looks like we'd be riding through your dust trail, Shane. I see Lewiston as Sunday night or maybe further. Then south on 129. I noticed Yellowstone on the map. Don't know if we'll have the asses for that detour. Craters of the Moon has an interesting name. That looks like Tuesday. We're motelling, unfortunately, due to the two-up. I always find camping more sociable but Jaci hasn't gotten enough time in learning to pull off a two-bike trip yet. See you there if we don't see you on the road. My mileage will be in kilometers but trust me on the math. |

Tim, I'm camping at the Arkansas River Rim Campground. They still had plenty of campsites available. For that matter, if they allow it, your welcome to stick your tent up on my site.. I'm also going to try for the Bunburner 1500 if the bike and I am up for it that day. I don't know if I'll make the Gold though (1500 in 24hrs). I looks like 1700 miles on the route I'm planning on. I'll need to find a witness (Badwebber?) if I manage it. I'm probably going to leave on Wednesday morning, and hope to get in sometime Thursday. |
