Yesterday was a great ride. Thanks Chip. Those were some nice roads and great scenery. It was nice to meet up with some new riders. Even though they were riding rice. That Repsol Honda was a sweet looking bike. . Tripp. It's good to hear you made it home ok. Buy yourself a pressure washer and a for sale sign and sell that relic. Get yourself an xb. I hope the guy who was life flighted out is gonna be ok. Let's just say a prayer for him. |

Lucretia Secretia - Fixed - In other news, anyone see Brumbear's invite to ride with the NJ guys? They plan to do a 250 mi. loop in the Catskills. I can offer up my folks house/backyard/barn/garage for a crash pad/NEBO base of operations once they sort out the date (if it jives with my parents' retired-person schedule). I really need to hook up with you guys for a ride sometime...I've still never even been to the Bean, nevermind an E.MA or NH ride. That's definitely a full-day ordeal though...hafta wait another month or two before I can commit |

Wouldn't that be the NY guys? I haven't seen the post...any hint on the date yet? I need to get out there at some point this year and the earlier the better...since I'll have to pass on the HH5 run this year... |

Middleboro is just off 495.If you took 90e to 495s you could do it in less than 1.5h. These rides can be difficult to coordinate sometimes.I suggested Plymouth in consideration of Shawn. Also because of the fact that the Cape guys' ALWAYS seem to show up no matter WHICH ride happens. Darren? From the other side of the Bourne bridge? No matter,i relish the cameraderie |

Question: does anyone either have a spare set of plastics for a lightning they are looking to get rid of, or perhaps the whole under-seat, side rail, whole "subframe" if you will. i dont know what the buell term is to describe it, but the metal side rails that hold the seat. Mine are cracked on the bottom, and I could use a whole new setup. Thanks in advance |

Thanks Greg for the mapquest, I just wanted to know what part of middleboro to meet I'll figure out the rest, I don't trust mapquest, and I live in Northbrookfield. I just hope the weather is good I need this ride besides the demo day and three test runs on the bike I'm rusty BUT! again thank you for your support. |

Confirmed. In. Felix, due to traffic #1, and my lazy Sunday azz, this probably won't be the shredfest some of the other rides are. Sometimes less is more...at least that's what I tell my wife!!!!! |

Dave's was great, good food, good service. Chippy led a great ride (Plymouth loop), I wish I could this weekend, but I have a ride with another group. Sorry I'm cheating. They have cool shiny cruisers and I felt so good to be invited. I'm sure I'll hate it. |

Looking forward to this weekend, but I'll have to be careful when I park: I took the Uly for inspection last night and found that one of the sidestand bolts had sheared off. So now I gotta easy that out of the engine case, which means dropping the muffler, and that Micron don't like to come off or go on. So for Sunday I think I'll just torque the other bolt down good enough to hold and hope for the best. You listenin', Tripp? I need a sidestand bolt for an 06 Uly. |
