Mini, I'll be there and will be happy to help. Are you planning on practicing on Friday ? If you haven't been to Road Atl' try and make practice on Friday it will make all the difference. Tim, Those frame by frame pics make it look like I'm sitting on my azz, not sliding like I was. Those are some great crash pics... glad nobody was hurt during the races with all the rain and constantly changing weather. |

Fran_dog .. Were ( Wife and I ) are up for a ride .. where and when ? wow .. lot's of activity here. I'm never sure if I should use screen names or real names we seem to mix it up on-line here. I'll stick to screen names ( on-line name - what are they called ? ) sanchez - look like a great ride until the bike cr@ped out .. bummer of an ending .. seems you have had electric gremlins chasing you for a while. Let us know what the cause was .. Uly owners want to know. Also, local 3% .. I have a truck, ramps and a willingness to help if the need is there .. keep me in your speed dial just in case. Avaca80 - nice couple of rides .. how is the new seat on the long rides ? Also did you do the AK to GA ride in one shot ? Have family there and in MI .. both are about a 12 hour drive .. have'nt yet tried it as a ride. Great? pic's of the tuck .. though I hate to see the duck .. oh and you .. ya hate to see you and the duck on the ground. Always glad to see everything ended up ok .. especially with what happened that weekend. I'll be down to help where I can at road atlanta .. as long as work does not get in the way. Anyone have some free time on sat. to help me with the bike ?? need help with the clutch, a TPS reset and a check on the timing if there is time. |

I'm up for a Sunday ride. Let me know when and where. I've been staying away from the "Loop" lately. There are other roads that are just as fun, without the crowds and blue lights. |

RT- I did the GA to AR ride in one straight shot, but on the way back we took 2 days to get home. To get to the Ozarks in a day it's close to 12 hours like a bat out of hell. You have to get into the frame of mind and just go go go. Wish we could make it for a ride tomorrow but we're tied up. My butt could use a break too...4,500 miles in less than a month, sheesh! I'm suspicious of VR issues on the bike, too. The fan is going wa-wa-wa. Y'all have a good ride! |

thanks Charley - Bike's running much better. It has it's punch back and the loose primary was the cause of the clunky shifting. I'll let you know in a few days how the square-idle does but so far I like it. Smooths out the slow speed. Now I really wish I could go riding Sunday. |

> Sanchez- ecm fix your issues?? One of them ... I think. We rode to a friend's house for lunch and then out to SMHD to pick up new relays. It was running fine, so I just threw the relays in the top case and headed home. As soon as we got on the road, it started bucking and then just died. It wouldn't even turn over until I cycled the key. That's closer the the bad relay behavior than the bad ecm behavior, though it seems more like the start relay than the ignition relay like last time. It ran fine the rest of the way home, and I replaced the relays. I'll ride it more today and see if that did anything useful. |

Ok all, I have a little laptop on loan from Riding Tall that has a good battery. I tried to log a few min. ago and it failed to comply. Anyway I should have this licked later tonight, going to the lake to R&R a little. Also, anyone got a good TPS sensor laying around? |

Thanks Mike. Yes, I should be there on Friday, depending on my work schedule. I am also going to attend the Bargy practice...unfortunately it's on Monday. I was thinking a solo race on Saturday. Not sure yet though? |

I rode up to the hills this afternoon and did a loop. So far so good with the new relays. Fingers crossed that fixes the problem, because I have some serious riding to do in July. |

Anyone have a block of nylon or similar laying around? The 07+ Uly's and 06's with the low seat have a chunk of plastic that bolts up with the ECM and prevents the seat from rubbing the connectors. I want one for my bike so I don't have a repeat of the ECM problem, but Buell doesn't sell just the block. |

> More to come as I figure out how to use megalog veiwer. I haven't tried megalog yet, but it seems pretty straightforward. Just ride around logging data, then pop the results into MegaLogViewer and let it optimize the table. Burn that back into the ECM and repeat the process 3-4 times. Stealth's bike should be a great test case since the tune's been so far off for so long. How many ECMSpy cables do we have among us? You, me, and Fran, right? We should have a 3%er tune up day. |

I've got a ECM cable and a small-ish laptop. I'd be down to put heads together sometime. I have been meaning to get into my ecm for a while now. I think the bike would run much better if I did. |
