Bingo! Syracuse, just passing through on the way to Lake Placid. It was a cool spot to stop in. Good barbecue but having grown up in bbq mecca I was not in love with their sauces. Even so, I didn't expect to find such good 'cue in central NY. |

I've heard about the Dinosaur BBQ!!! My neighbor is from Syracuse...I have got to stop the next time I go to my friend's in Saranac Lake... We were at Gatorland at the end of March!!!

You can also find the Dino in Rochester NY and down in NYC. I still like Syracuse the best though (even if the one i Rochester is 80 miles closer) |
