Been trying to so some searches about the difficulty, hints, and wisdom about how to replace fork seals. I know the info is here somewhere, just need an arrow to follow I guess... I have 49,700m on a 97, S3 and the front seals are ever so slightly weeping, so any directions to where this might have been discussed here? Thanks for the help... Larry |

Consider getting springs and some valving when you go into the tubes. You can take a good suspension and make it much better. Joe |

After doing some further searches I found the one about cleaning with thin piece of plastic. The weeping has stopped... That said I will look at replacing seals in off season...Thanks for all the advice. Larry |
