Hello everyone!, Just installed the Bronze updated oil pump drive gear and I would like to replace the cam shaft seal (P/N 11124). Does anyone could be able to help me get an idea how change it?, What tool I need? I have no idea how difficult it is to replace it, Although it appears to be in good shape. Any hints or tips would be gratefully appreciated!. |

I never heard of one failing, for what that's worth. The crank seal on the other hand, does fail from time to time... |

If it's anything like the one I just changed on an Old 73 FLH, it's really easy. Pry the old one out, tap in the new one. Check your manual to be sure. (you DO have a service manual, right?) Al |

They pry out suprisingly easy and go back in just as easily. 15-20 minute job depending on how slow you do it... |
