I'll be heading up Friday mourning and staying for the whole weekend. I have a room in Concord so I'll just be riding across the bridge in the mornings to the track. See Y'all there! |

Jim - I am staying at the Holiday Inn. I have a cousin who has a head porting shop in Hayward whom I shall stop and say "Hi" to on the way up. Then I plan on going to the hotel and drop my stuff off and then go to see your shop at the track. A BBQ would be most cool! |

Bad front tire choice. Tried a hard tire on the front because it had worked for Mladin on Saturday, but it stayed hard and slippery. Mike went down on it while Danny slipped backwards. Oh well, such is racing. But we're learning; it's the first year! |

Went to my first race today. Met some very cool fellow badwebbers who let me tag along. I had a blast. Met a few Buell riders and got the autographed posters for the garage. Al in al a good time was had. |

Jamie Hacking crashed twice, and still finished 13th ,so beating him today was not a big achievment . |

I love how Hacking is saying the series is fair NOW that he is in the points lead. What an A**hole! |

There hasn't been a lot of talk about Taylor Knapp, but he's quietly putting together some nice races. After missing the first 3 races, he's already at #12 in points with 4 top-ten finishes out of 6 races. He's also doing very well in Superbike on his Suzuki with 6th and 7th place finishes over the weekend. I'm keeping my eye on him. By the end of the season, he could be giving Eslick some competition for the title of fastest Bueller. |

You're absolutely correct, Elvis! Hes's improving every time out there and runs a clean race. It was great to see him get into the top 10 yesterday. Great for the team as well (Lathus) since they had a very difficult Saturday (Josh did "agricultural work" and Taylor's bike blew a fuse). Due to the heat this weekend and Infineon being a very technical track, suspension and tire choice were key. (Message edited by doerman on May 18, 2009) |

Higbee was at Willow this weekend. Changed his mind to race there instead of Infineon. (Message edited by doerman on May 18, 2009) |

He might as well race somewhere else, seems like he has no chance in AMA superbike since Mladin owns that race and it seems like he does not want to be in DSK. |
