I just pestered K&N via the email. Rob is the one that needs to be thanked here. He did the real work. I ordered mine yesterday too. Very prompt shipping, same day in my case. |

Hey thanks but its everyone here on badweb and Buell 1125 riders that wanted it...and demanded the filter be made. All that happened was they got my bike and our bikes at the shop to fit/test/dyno and they did the R&D to get it done! Thanks to all, buying the K&N filter and Lisa Watson/R&D at K&N for also getting it done! Now lets see the HP/Torque with that extra air! Am I the only one who missed something here guys??? It appears there's two separate "schools" for air filters going on at the same time??? I just ordered it directly from K&N online, and it cost me $55.00, + I purchased the cleaning/re-oiling kit at another $13.00, + tx., shipping, etc. etc. Total for all came to $76.00 and change. It appears that some of you prefer to go with the OEM filter, but, I just wanted to make sure that the two aren't confused..... Cheers, Tracy |
