howdy folks does anybody know where I can fine a set of buell brand rearsets the kind that fit on the passenger peg bracket they used to have them in the buell parts book Iam looking for a set for my S1

What about the Buell rearsets the "semi-factory" Pro racebikes were using on the tubers? Unobtanum?

If they are buell pro series and you can't get them through a dealer any longer you might want to try www.crossroadsperformance.com they are the people that do all the billet shifters,brakes,etc for Buell anyway.

And hers the shifter side.I saw this trick on some of the race bikes here in England and thought it was a neat alternative to the expensive(and ugly) Buell ones. The forging that makes up the frame at this point is easily capable of handling two drilled and tapped 6mm holes a boss on the rear of the plates fits into the isolator hole thus supporting the weight.gearshift

I was curious 'cause I haven't seen them on any streetbikes and they appear to be the best out there. I'm thinkin' that for my own purposes, when an instance arises that I have to pull the motor from the chassis I'll lop the footpeg mounts off and have 'em re-welded up and just forward of the isolator mount. It'd be cheap and very stout, I figure.
