Jago, Yeah we got shirts... put we actually paid for the ride. Though I guess, interning is payment of sorts.
I concur Winghouse is a good choice, just got to get more bikes there. |

Talk to James today, I guess he wanted to come out last night, just didn't have anyone's #, but I believe he will be there next week, oh, and I should have my lobster by then.  |

I'm sure this might not appeal to the married folk, but I just want to toss it out and see if anyone might be interested in starting a up Saturday night riding group.
Since I'm not in college anymore, I have no idea what to do with my Saturday nights.
I'd like to put together something where people can meet up, maybe do a dinner, then a ride to some sort of activity that varies every week.
Anyone else interested in helping out with something like this? If so, hit me back. |

Sam, good call, but I work nights. My schedule is roughly 3 PM to 1:30 AM, give or take...sometimes I go in early to pick up some overtime. |

If you guys ride over to Merritt Island on a Saturday night we could do grilling and drinks at my house. Bring your suits and enjoy the tiki bar. I'll take care of the hospitality if you guys can decide on a night that works for everyone. |

BIG THANKS to Sam (& Frank) for their help this weekend... Put on the new Special Ops pipes, rerouted the breather & new front brake pads. Bike runs great & sounds even better.
Looks like Cody won't be buying my old exhaust so if anyone is interested let me know.
Jago I might be up for one Saturday night a month but not an ever week thing. Specially, if it get Paul out on his bike. |

Paul, do you live out in Merritt Island? For some reason, I thought you were more in the Deltona/Orange City area. Sounds like fun. We can definitely work up something over the next few weeks.
John, how much are you selling your can for? And how much did it cost you to get modified? I can't make any promises, but if the price is right, ya never know. |

Here's a idea for a future event...tell me what you think.
We can all meet in the early/mid afternoon somewhere near Alafaya Trail and 50. I've drawn out an idea for a route here:

The route is about 60 miles long and leads us over to Merritt Island. I've never been through many of these places, so it will be good sight seeing for some of us.
We can all chip in $10 or $20 to Paul for hospitality/food/beer/etc., and we can do a BBQ/Ride sometime in the upcoming weeks.
If everyone likes the idea, I can help Paul with the budgeting, menu planning, and coordination.
Any thoughts/recommendations/better ideas? If everyone is all for it, lets talk about getting a head count. |

I had planned to ride the back roads up to Cherokee tomorrow, do some Blue Ridge riding in the afternoon. Up and early Friday, head up through the Gap, past Knoxville, then super slab to Frankfort,KY. Then hop onto 421, i think it is, and backroad it to Indy. I've been this way before, it's great 'til I cross the Ohio river, then the midwestern flatlands begin.
I'm meeting with a buddy that lives in Indy, stay with him, then we'll ride to IL for the races on Sunday.
Monday or Tuesday, I'll head back. Leaving Indianapolis, I'll probably backtrack down to Frankfort, then a short hop on I-75 down to 25, then cross through the Cumberland Gap, on down through Asheville to Hendersonville NC, where I'll mooch lodging from a friend.
On home after that, either down through the center of SC and GA or the Interstate, weather permitting. The back roads are no fun in the rain, might as well take the I-roads, and get it over with. |
