Posters are free within reason. I think I've snagged about a dozen of them for people. They also sometimes have them up in the main store by the receptionist at the front door if the speed shop is closed. Also check at the rental or parts counters. They're everywhere at times it seems. Dan, Regarding your bikes, my vote runs 1,2,3, and 4....just as shown (from the left, mind you). Would those RSS1200 mirrors bolt right on to my '99 S3T ????? They look so much nicer than my stockers. |

Fly, those are off-the-shelf Napolean mirrors part number 360-1115 (right) and 360-1116 left, $20.95 each (part#s per Aaron). Don't know if they'll bolt on or not, I can check tonight. Josh

I've just been named Vice President of Sales at Indian Motorcycles! Check it out here! It's odd that nobody has contacted me about my new position and I've never worked at Mercedes. Plus, that picture doesn't look like me. Oh, wait a minute, it's somebody else with the same name as me. |

FERRIS, was wondering if we could put a couple of things on your site? Wasn't sure if it was cool, since we are a dealer. We are making a new stainless twin-tip performance muffler for the XB9R. They seem to be a big hit so far, good H.P. gains & deep throaty sound. Also we have a new Corbin touring seat & back rest for a 00 S3T we would like to get rid of for half price O.B.O. Thanks Dude ! Dave... |

Bigwavedave - Is it true that the your new XB9R muffler is a modified Flowmaster/auto unit? If it is stainless, then can it be bought in stainless or only in black and chrome? Is Latus still planning on racing at Bonneville next year? |

FERRIS, was wondering if we could put a couple of things on your site? hi Dave if you're talking about BADWEB, it's not "my" site -- Blake is the keeper of the kingdom. drop him a line, he's a pretty decent feller for a Texan. the old PACBOG site was put down quite some time back, having outlived it's usefulness. (some would the say the same about me...) FB |

I have added some pictures of the ROADDOG to my website www.davegess.com (The Roaddog was pictured in the History Channels Motorcycle show a few weeks ago and some people expressed interest in it.) I will be adding more and larger ones tonight. I have also started Blogging on the site. I will be trying to tell a Buell story every day. Somebody once said that if you wrote 15 minutes a day you would write a book a year so that's what I'm tying to do. Write these blogs, compile them and BINGO I have a book |

Ferris, I wouldn't say you out lived your usefulness, we still need someone to ride in the front to kick all the rock's off the road. Ha! Ha! Did your toe ever heal up ? I will check with Blake on the other deal. Thanks Dude! P.S. You will never guess how I found ya on this site. From Joy |

Spark-doggy-dog: Father Gess, far my senior, and I have just been collaborating on the phone and it looks like you may get what you want. However, my first offering entitled "what's wrong with Dave Gess" has been rejected by the powers that be for only being 2 words long. Seriously, we're gonna have a bit of fun I think. Dave and I (and guess who else of late?) have been able to pretty much get younger year by year. Court |

Roc, the muffler it self is built by Edelbrock. We modified to fit the XB9R. Curently it only comes black powder coted with chrome tips. We just shipped one to a guy back east, and he just e-mailed us back to say, (quote) Just want to say thanks for a great looking & sounding muffler. I had it Jet-Hot Coted and it looks even better. It made a little over 4hp increase & about the same torque in the upper range, but the sound is better than anything I've ever heard in a V-Twin. Thanks agin, Pete C. So far it has been a good performance muffler, that not only looks & sounds great , but takes almost 5 pounds of weight off.As for Bonneville, the bike has a ways to go to be ready, but the plans are still to go. Thanks for the intrest, Dave |

PeteC goes by FalconCop on Labusas. He is a riot to read his stories of how his Firebolt is the epitomy of Buffness and Balance!! This guy owns a GSXR 750 and had a RC51 but he brags about his Firebolt daily. Thats a testiment in itself!!! |

Ferris, I wouldn't say you out lived your usefulness, we still need someone to ride in the front to kick all the rock's off the road. Ha! Ha! Did your toe ever heal up ? oh sure, just when i thought this little episode had been forgotten by everyone in attendance at Blue Groove/Northwest that day, YOU have to go and bring it up again! in retrospect, kicking that effin' rock off the road was a very good thing -- it was plenty big enough to bring down a bike, and the odds of all the bikes behind me getting by it unscathed were not particularly good. do you remember that i had Court's son Bryce riding shotgun? he was freaking out, wondering what had just happened. i could barely tell him thru gritted teeth that i'd just broken my big toe, and i had to make sure that HE put his feet out when we all stopped in Cougar, 'cause i knew i couldn't hold the bike up by myself. and the worst thing of all was not being able to compete in BattleTrax when we got back to P.I.R. -- it just figures that the only BX i've ever attended that i didn't compete in was the one that I organized btw, Joy drops me an e-mail once in awhile -- i think it's cool that she's still a Buellin' Hooligan FB |

Anyone have suggestions about removing the stickers from a Firebolt? Not the Duplo tank stickers, those are straight forward, but the smaller ones. I used my BRAG card on the swingarm warning sticker, but that may be a bit harsh for the bodywork. Thanks |

Roc, A little sun warming did the trick for mine. They came off easily w/o any tearing and left very little adhesive residue. |
