http://www.racetaylormade.com/tmpages/racing.html They are supposed to be a crash cover made out of carbon fiber and kevlar. I called and talk them yesterday and the guy said that they are pretty tough. I think you can get both sides for $300. I think it's a good idea for people who do track days like myself. |

Who has pictures? What is the cost to replace the parts that these covers would be protecting? |

The covers on the sides of the motor are what Taylormade makes. I know for a fact that they make nice stuff. I had one of their exhausts on my gsxr750. I think these are mandatory for AMA and WSBK.

They are definitely worth every penny seeing as the kit to replace the clutch side cover is like $300 plus by itself. you should be able to get them for $140 a piece |

that's definitely the revB in the picture, i would imagine it would fit the revA as well.. I wish they weren't so dang expensive but seems well worth it. |
