I don't know, man. I had a Special OPS on my XB, which is louder than a Drummer, and I rode that 1000 miles with no problems. I had earplugs in with music playing. |

I do like it a lot, I'm about to go out riding other than going to work. More to follow tonight, I will say though, the pick up is much better. |

I like that HMF, and the price is reasonable too. How was the fit finish/install? |

The Mid-pipe was a beast to get on the headers and the directions were poor at best. I just winged it half the way and let my skills do the job. The finished product is rather nice once everything was completed. I plan on wrapping it with header wrap or ceramic coat the headers. Thanks. |

From a spectator POV: Funny you ask, as I walked in to a restaurant on Sat night... I was asked by 3 guys riding bikes if I was riding a Ducati. From a riding POV: IMHO, Pickup through the midrange - high RPM. There is an unbelievable difference. I do feel I lost some lower pick-up but I've been told that as soon as I get the bike re-jetted that issue should go away. If not I'm hoping that K&N and NOS solves the problem. Thanks, |

And that, boys 'n girls, would be why you should always take anecdotal stories about after-market performance enhancements with nothing less than a block of salt. |

I was thinking more along the lines of: http://www.1tail.com/sa/p/Dry_Nitrous_Kit_For_Fuel _Injected_Motorcycles_(1lb_Nitrous_Bottle).htm Also, just as an FYI, powercommander should be releasing a ECU within the next couple weeks(Which would need installed with the aftermarket exhaust and the NOS, or any other ECU IE jardine protune 3). Thanks, |

LOL. Yeah, jet your 1125 as soon as possible. Is it just me, or does the HMF look like its gonna hit the swing arm if the rear gets a tad bit of air? |

Looks close, but the Jardine sits the same way. Might just be the angle of the pic making it look closer than it really is, too. |

Email from Powercommander on 4/21/09: "Check back in a couple weeks. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks. Dustin Schaller Technical Support Manager Dynojet Research" Also, the above NOS kit is almost the same kit I had on my TL1000R w/a supercharger. All you have to do is have a little faith, ingenuity, and money then anything is possible. So no it's not a joke. Thanks, A |

Nooooo, somebody needs to take the airbox cover off and have a look at their "carburetors" and then come back. Hopefully they won't break the fuel rail when they do it though. I wouldn't wanna be responsible for damages. |
