Not that this will help, but I am also in the family names. I have my grandfathers last name on my mothers side as a middle. Well they did not have any boys so to my knowledge I am the last. I am Bradley Barger, and my first son will be William Barger. Oh it will be Will or William none of this Billy or Willy crap. |

Joseph Robert Personal favorite, told the wife if it was a boy that would be his name. Good thing we had a girl. (Joe Bob) |

The walk in the cemetery is a interesting suggestion. Family names are always nice, how 'bout that old tradition of making the middle name the mothers maiden name (isn't that how it worked?) good sometimes, not always though. One of my grandpa's middle was Taylor, the other Francis... (Message edited by littlebuggles on April 21, 2009) |

haha I tried very hard with naming our son to use my wife's maiden name as his middle and mine as his first William Thomas Fedun, My Wife was fine with it until she realized what his initials would be. |

Aint got plans to procreate, but if I had to name a son- Alexander Icarus. Daughter- heck, I'd have to head back across the street. Then probly to more cemetaries, then the library. |

My wife and I were thinking baby names. We decided that I get to name a boy and she gets to name a girl, but we each have the power to veto the choice of the other person. That being said, I wouldn't want to give my kid anything that's asexual (Remember, 'It's Pat'?), anything that could be twisted, etc. We haven't settled on anything, but I think the graveyard is awesome |

Tomorrow is suppose to be nice out so I am going to go to the cemetary! I can just see the future shrink visit when the kid finds out his parents got his name from the cemetary! LOL It's hard to pick a name that can't be twisted |

Whiz I'm guessing this is your second birth to attend, and you've probably forgotten the first one. If you are in there with the action, you won't forget this one. I have been doing some thinking about it being Earth Week and all, if he happened to come out looking sort of "earthy", that opens up all kinds of dirty names like Sandy Loam, Cherty Clay, Peaty Humus Or you could use something modern/current sounding like Diatomaceous. That would fit right in so many places. I did come across some very interesting names, they are mostly girl I think, but you really don't know for total certain till you can look. Never hurts to be prepared. There might even be two of them in there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCdmiZyyGjQ |

Something easy to spell, but not exactly common. My son's name is Roen. (like rowin' a boat) The only problem is when you go to Disney, they never have one with his name on it. It makes him sad. |
