I agree with Xblaw that Duc Slayer is a real tool. Erik on the other hand is a example of how to handle yourself honorably in the face of constant scrutiny, true integrity. |

I want at least one... but I want it to say "Buell" on it somewhere. No need to keep it a total inside joke. |

How about a small logo on the front and the graphic on the back? I'd take 2 in large. |

Looks most have Erik's back on the aprillia forum. I am pleasantly surprised. That Duc Slayer dude is a true prick so it seems. |

How about a small logo on the front and the graphic on the back? A Buell logo would be illegal. |

Glitch my friend.. Depending on how much.. Uh.. 2XL costs.. I'll take at least one.. maybe two (have to check the piggy bank) Maybe it should just say.. "Hordes from the sea?" After all, there are other brands not just the big four they're fighting here.. Either way, let me know when they are ready and how much.. Thanks. |

A good deal of the information on the other site is inaccurate. The Duc guy is not very bright. He makes me think of Abe Lincoln. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

"The Duc guy is not very bright." No kidding. He has the mentality of a conspiracy theorist. Blindboypig was even further off the mark with:"Otherwise, going on and on about his amazing patents (that have all been done before, aren't original, and offer no advantage over other designs), makes him sound like a broken record." Yeah, he's a bright one. ~SM |

>>>>that have all been done before, aren't original, and offer no advantage over other designs Uhhhh . . . pardon me. Just WHAT iS a patent? If it had been done before, was a commercially fit for purpose idea and was worth a rat's ass . . . . either someone stupid or asleep at the switch. So . . . let me get this right . , . the internet can be confusing . . . in nearly 200 cases Erik Buell has copied something that another person had "already done" and failed to patent? I'm sensing the subject conversation operates at a low level. |

Hey I can see his flawless logic in this: Motorcycles have 2 wheels, both moto and non-moto vehicles have had 2 wheels for CENTURIES (even bicycles have 2 wheels)... Buell is doing nothing new. I rest my case (insert smiley here) (Message edited by slaughter on April 22, 2009) |

So . . . let me get this right . , . the internet can be confusing . . . in nearly 200 cases Erik Buell has copied something that another person had "already done" and failed to patent? Under article III of the internet forum code, you would be correct. |

The next thing you know the kids will figure out that the instant commotion about rules, privateers vs. factory and who can get what parts is pretty much a word for word repeat from the days on about 1941 when Harley-Davidson was campaigning the WR series. Yep . . someone's done it before. Wonder if Buell will release unumbered engine cases? By the way . . . there are times I'd like to ask some of these smartass critics to ante up just one (a gold medal in a sport, a degree with honors, cover of a magazine, award for teaching Sunday school or their own patent or copyright) of their personal accomplishments. I always find the most vocal generally the least accomplished. If you've no ammo, you brag about your musket. |
