I need to get down below 205 before 24APR. That gives me two weeks to lose three pounds, preferably five or six. That's definitely do-able. |

So far I've gained three pounds. My bench press has gone up to 230lbs though. I expect to hit 250 for bench by the end of the month. I don't think I am doing it right. |

3/31 236.5 4/6 235.9 4/13 233.0 Well, a consistent downward trend is better than the up and down bouncing around I was doing. Ft_b, bench press= lay on your back a push weights up, adding weight as needed, not necessarily doing a push up and gaining weight to press more. (Message edited by etennuly on April 14, 2009) |

3/27/09 241.5 4/3/09 - 240 4/10/09 - 239.5 I think I am just going to have to get more serious about this. I have been a bit of a workout addict (even though I am a fat pig, I am a pretty strong fat pig), but my schedule now does not allow much time to work out, making losing weight right now even more challenging. I am trying to drink more water. Some days I do it better than others. At least I am going down and not up. My fear is that since I am working out less, my weight loss is muscle and not fat right now. Oh well, some things are out of my control. |

Started the program on 3/24 at 239.6 3/31 236.5 4/6 235.9 4/13 233.0 4/21 231.0 8.6 in less than a month, seems to be working thus far. Hmmmm.....at this rate in 26.86 months I will be close to where I started, = 0. My goal is 205. We shall see how this goes. |

still in the 165 +- range. wouldn't mind being in the 160 range but pretty happy at maintaining this. believe it or not mark, it wasn't until i started eating my multigrain cheerios for breakfast that i was able to get under the 170 mark. good luck none the less and hope to see ya up there in june. |
