easy man the exhaust coming of the head(two piped part) is HUGE diameter. it looks twice as big as stock. i cant waited for the race to be offer with a win! and that article on the engine build would be wonderful! good luck!! |

jmr, the stock size of the headers is way too small, it's like walking a marathon and breathing to a straw. this is why there are already examples of burning holes in the rear piston, the heat build up in the engine is way too much. this is 1 solution to solve the heat problem, besides more top end power. we have so much pictures of blueprinting the engine, it will be a big article for all of us who would like to read and learn, that's why we like too take the time to write it. |

ur great! when i saw them for the firs time(stock) i was suprised. but im not in the know so my thinkin was its only runner one exhaust valve. but the rpms this turns i can see why it would be restricting. how do they effect the low end? im not talkin 3000rpms. i guess i should say middle range. where if anywhere does it change the power band to? it looks fantastic. i would really love those heades. do they only work with porting. also one last thing did u have to relocate the bolts at the flange |

"burning holes in the rear piston"? When did this happen. I've never heard of it. BR. |

Jmr, on my dyno see that i loose power at 4000-5000 rpm, below that it is the same but above it is much smooter, still have to test more but we go to the track today and drive tomorrow. I have to put the pipe on a a stock 1125 and make some runs too see the difference, this was on our race bike. I tell you later what the effect is on a stock bike with no porting. We didn't relocate the bolts. The water bottle there are 2 of them are catch cans for gasoline and oil. |
