I knew I'd get into trouble with this one. I never even paid attention to the tight pants and the rest of the stuff. I just wanted to be a motorcycle cop, riding down the highways busting bad guys.(Besides I was using the past tense. Not saying that I would want that now.) So I think I'll withdraw my question of the day and replace it with another lame one. Who was your favorite A-team character? just trying to keep my mind otherwise occupied and off of the really tough stuff |

I remember coming home from my gard work overseas, and hearing of a show called the a-team . . . .I figured it would be about the show's name-sake (A-team from special forces) . . . .you can imagine my surprise to see some gold-chain wearing clown chanting "I pity the foo" in that haircut (Mr T, mennis) |

me, I always felt a kinship with Jim from "Taxi" (course, having Marilou Henner around would be a benefit, yes?) |

I don't know much about a story of Mr. T v. Lake Forest. HOWEVER....I have a friend's daughter that had Mr. T's daughter as a roommate at Lake Forest College. |

Mr. T bought a lavish walled estate in Lake Forest and proceeded to cut down almost all the trees for "security" reasons. Tree removal in Lake Forest is a crime sans proper and very hard to get city permits. Needless to say, T's Trees were whacked without the required paperwork and proceedings were initiated. |

FYI, I personally thought T's estate looked much better with the trees thinned. Very tastefully done. You could actually see and admire the grounds and buildings. It just looked a little barren when compared to the overforested neighborhood. |

CJM...Being different in every sense of the word, I would go for Sara McKenzie as portrayed by Catherine Bell in the JAG series. Fantastic combination of beauty and intelligence with a smithering of real life experience. My luck, she is a full-on witch in the real world. Oh well... Second place would go to Dana Delaney from the China Beach series for the same reasons. |

Bill....I think I'd have to go for Angelina Jolie as Sara Wayland in Gone in 60 Seconds . Now there is a combination of beauty, sex & intelligence with a bad girl edge. She'd make the perfect female Buell rider (IMHO). |

Nev . . .actually, Mr T's tree-be-gone activities were performed before Lake Forest put those laws on the books . . . I'll not insult your intelligence by asking if you can figure out what the laws are called . . . it was a shame, as almost all the trees he whacked were original first growth examples of oak savanah (the official term for the ecology round here, I'm told) trees . . . . I'll second Ms Delaney's elevation to babe-hood, btw . . . . . . . I just keep fallin for women who are smarter than I am (not much of a stretch, I know ((grin))) |

Bomber...Thanks for the update on T's Trees. I got my info from my uncle who was one of the disgruntled residents. Figures he would modify the story to suit his needs. LOL |

Bill, I'll second Catherine Bell.(hubba hubba) I'll also add Mitzi Capture from "Silk Stalkings" A brunette that could knock your socks off. CJ, I don't get into NASCAR much. I liked "The Shield" when I could watch it.(We went down to basic cable) I was also getting nto "Witchblade" before we went down to basic cable. |
