To me it appears to be a belt drive primary on a late model sporty motor. Must of sealed up the left center case to keep the oil in the tranny. Nice looking bike. |

Anything you can do to make the engine wider, the more it looks like a "BIG TWIN" !!! |

I have been looking for a belt primary kit for my Buell for a long time but want to run the primary closed. I have a Karata Belt drive on one of my Ironhead Sportsters but they have failed to return my contacts and I don't want the huge set up hanging off of the left side of the bike. It would also be a waste of money considering my motor is only mildly modified unlike Jim's monster |

Buellistic, Jim's motor above is putting out well over 300hp, it needs that belt and clutch setup to survive. I still say that is one of the sickest motor's I've ever seen. I can't wait to hear it run! Brad |

That motor is SICK.... I will have to go to Bonneville to see that sucker run. I already have Lynn talked into. I think she is more excited about it than I am, if that is possible. Looks great FMJ, I assume that is going in the S2 frame that you have been building? Frank |

"well over 300 hp." I'd like to see the real numbers on the dyno sheet. |

James, they are real. This beast is unreal. If memory serves, the inital calculations were for aorund 290 HP but that was before some of the stuff Jim is doing. The hair dryer on this thing is big enough to stick you head in.... The intercooler is bigger than most folks fuel tanks. Too cool.. |

Jim what's the bore and stroke on that engine? Will you be running gas or fuel classes or both? What class is that thing in? MPS-1650 or 2000? |

Has to run APS as it does not have "stock" cases, and will be in 1650 class. Will run gas and fuel as it is as easy as removing a seal on gas tank. IIRC it is a 4x4 motor. |
