Anyone found highway pegs for Ulys? On long stretches of highway it's nice to be able to reposition your feet. How about crash bars? I know they don't really need em but they look sweet (aka Badass) on other adventure bikes. Pics if you got em would be good. |

Strada makes a nice set of highway pegs. Easy install and they look good. They come with brackets but no pegs as they are designed to use your passenger pegs. I recently replaced my driver pegs with billit so I used my old ones on the bracket. |

Hi, Paul, I have sold a couple of kits to riders with RHS. It does mean drilling a hole in the bottom of it to feed the support through. |

It's actually very comfortable and a major bonus on longer journeys.

As stated my mind bleeds. For me the Uly with bags has got to be the ugliest bike I've seen. Don't get me wrong I own one and Besides thinking of selling it when I purchased a new RT I still have it and it is my first choice for scrapping up the mountain. It is my last choice for touring . |

My last choice out the 2 I can make. I personally don't consider the uly a tourer. For eating miles I choose the RT, for playing in the mountains I choose the Uly. |

Oh, sorry, I thought you meant of any bike. For me it makes a perfect tourer as it has the ability to keep me entertained. My biggest mileage in one day was 400 miles (fully loaded with pillion) and still having fun on the last mile. The cruiser-pegs were essential though to get some leg relief.
