Firstly I am not trolling and have searched a smuch as I can. As a noobie I have several questions....carbon fibre or aluminium? Do they or do they not need a remap after instal and new air filter? Any other help is appreciated |

For almost any bike now in production the lean tuning will increase with a change in both air filter and exhaust. When replacing the Buell canister you will also lose the effect of the flapper valve which will effect tuning. You might consider one of these: http://home.windstream.net/hawk63/ or: http://www.specialops-online.com/11401.html Also check with your dealer for the latest downloads from Buell. And use the search function to find other members mods. Maybe PM them for some specifics. |

Personally I would avoid the Jardine, its cheap for a reason. It requires repacking, some people have reported fitment issues and problems getting the chin spoiler brackets to attach. Also personally I feel the Jardine looks out of place on the Buells. As for remapping, I highly recommend it regardless of what pipe you get. |

You can read the dyno shootout on the American Sport Bike website. It has most of the available pipes on there, with sound clips and other comments. Personally I love the Micron system, its expensive but worth every dollar. The Drummer is a great choice too. All exhausts have their pros and cons |
