LMAO @ Mel....yeah my wife said the same thing. I'll see how long I can take the fender before ordering the white Firebolt fender. Jimmy, I thought that would be a good place for the HRH sticker. Looks good. |

I fly in, in the morning. Maybe I will stop by and see it. I still need my tire gauge anyway, and a light bulb for my tail light. |

hey guys, my girlfreind does a lot with photography and does motion and still shots so if you want some pics of your bike let me know and I can have her come out and do a shoot. this is a little of what her pictures look like. If you look on the second page there is a motion motorcycle picture she took. (BTW the Blur and Black and white on that picture of the bike was done with the camera not with photoshop) bryant_photography.imagekind.com/misc |

UGH,,,5 days till all the mods are done to the STT. I didn't even wanna pull up the the Harley riders today. Put,put, put, put. By the way...that engine is so stuffed it had the fan on today. It holds a lot of heat in. You guys should really open your bikes up and let them breathe. My 9sx fan rarely came on unless it was a hard highway run. Emissions crap in my opinion really holds these bikes back from their potential. |

My fan comes on quite a bit also. I would love to get a little more out of my bike. I think that with the torque I get now and if I could get more hp out of it, I would be dangerous. Getting up to 90 is a blink of an eye, but I could get off and run faster than it takes me to accelerate after that. I wish I could get about 125-130. But I guess it's one or the other. |

David...if you want more speed on top you need a Firebolt or a 1125R. The XBs are good for only about 125 max. They are not aerodynamic. My 9SX would hit 125 (speedo) pretty easy, but it was able to BREATHE. I cannot express this anymore than I already have. If you want that motor to put out more, you have to de-restrict it. The motors are capable of a lot more than they do stock. I do not want top speed for a few reasons: 1. Top speed is no good with an XB 2. I like "OH S*%&" acceleration (dirtbike thing) 3. < than 10% of riding is above 100mph Check out American Sport bike for all their mods. Better yet, I will post all of mine on here and I will let you ride my STT when I'm done with it and you guys tell me if Im mistaken. Cheers from the "Mens Room". Dwight, i meant to ask you this a while back... but you wouldn't happen to have the primary case still laying around? if not you still might be able to help me out. basically i fear that my primary case might be nearing it's end of life, and wanted to compare against a NEW one as a reference. this explains the problem, and reason for concern http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/327 77/434501.html?1234485016 |

Hehehehe, 1 more day till the Super TT gets a shot of adrenaline!!! Oh by the way...dont order the grip tape from FX or Motosport Outlet. The stuff I had on my 9. I ordered the same stuff from Factory Effex/Motosport.com and it cost me 4 times as much as the stuff I bought at a skateboard shop on Jefferson Ave. I thought it was supposed to be a different type of grip material and its the same shit. Oh well, live and learn. (Message edited by goody on March 26, 2009) |

The graphics I've been looking at is www.xgxracing.com Awesome graphics but custom designs a Buell are $399 and up. Looking at Bear Graphics here in Yorktown, heard they do bike graphics kits. The skateboard grip tape can be bought for $4 per sheet and its a large sheet, 2 sheets is plenty for a bike. The skateboard/surf shop I go to is on Jefferson Ave. across from Patrick Henry mall next door to the Melting Pot. Be forewarned if you use grip tape as its intended, it will tear up your pants. When I ride motocross, I grip the sides of my bike so hard that I bruise the insides of my knees. If you're not used to using your legs to pull the bike, this tape will not help you. However if you are tired of sliding off the sides of the frame (Buell frames are slick) when diving into a turn, this stuff is the bomb!! The TT will hopefully be outta the shop today, all mods done. |

HOLY SHIT this thing is my 9 on a serious set of steroids. I have been intimidated, I'm not worthy Chad and Jr. at HRHD did me right. My hats off to them. TTYLGoody |

Just getting her done...gonna get rid of the dorky blinkers and wrap the headers with the good stuff, 1" wrap in black only. That stuff lasted 2 years on my 9sx and by the way, I think Duc sold it already. I'm gonna keep her as a Super TT, not many of them around.
