I emailed Andy at Precision first, trying to see if anyone has any feedback on the +2 rider footpegs. The +1 pegs )stock drop) are longer (measured from the m/c centerline) by 0.8 inches, but obviously don't have the peg feelers that the OEM pegs have. I would expect ground clearance to be pretty similar to the OEM. My interest is in the +2 pegs, since I have already modified my stockers for better grip. Does anyone who may have gone to the +2 pegs have ground clearance issues ? If no, did you ever touch the OEM pegs down before switching ?I grind my stockers occasionally, and really don't want to sacrifice any existing clearance. I may still go with the +1 pegs, plus the newer shift and brake levers, but at 6'2", the +2 pegs look pretty nice. |

I'm watching this for feedback closely. I'd love to have some lower pegs. I've intended to machine my own, but the Precision Engineering ones are beautiful, and I really don't need yet another project. |

Price drop too. $149.95 is reasonable for these pegs and I will be ordering them today. NUTS |
